The program is implemented in the form of lectures, seminars, as well as practical classes for leaders of various levels in educational institutions of the city and region. It is supposed to organize independent work of students (study and analysis legal documents, pedagogical and managerial documentation, scientific publications, etc.). During the implementation of the program, the use of distance counseling, case technologies according to individual requests of students, interactive forms of organizing training: role-playing and simulation games, various types of discussions, projects, critical thinking technologies, essays, reflection, self-control, etc. are provided. Consultations are organized during the program on individual requests, topical issues of managing a modern educational institution with the involvement of the faculty of the department and the university, as well as leading specialists in the education system of the region. Computers of the resource center with Internet access, didactic materials on electronic media, etc. are used as teaching aids.

    Control tasks

current control. During the implementation of the program, students perform practical tasks, solve cases on topical issues of management practice, submit test papers, forming a creative portfolio. The presence of a formed creative portfolio based on the results of training is a condition for admission to graduation qualifying work.

5. Requirements for the final state certification

The final state certification of the education manager involves the design and defense of the final qualifying work. The final attestation tests are aimed at determining the practical and theoretical readiness of a specialist to perform professional tasks established by the program. The WRC is preliminarily reviewed by experts on the given problem. WQR education manager is a training qualification. Its content and topics should correspond to the level of knowledge received by the listener in the volume of special disciplines. The work can be done individually or as part of a creative team. The WRC should be a logical and complete solution, ready for use in the field of education management. The procedure for the defense of the WRC is determined by the methodological recommendations. During the defense, WRCs can be presented for viewing attestation commission test papers in all disciplines for the most complete assessment of the certified student. As proof of qualification, the student may be asked to explain any of the papers submitted to the committee.
