The relevance of the project.
Russia has entered the third millennium, having both undoubted achievements in science and art, and problems in various areas public life(polluted ecology, chronic diseases, interethnic hostility, etc.).
The truth says that only a healthy person with good health, psychological stability, high morality is able to live actively, successfully overcoming various difficulties and achieving success in any activity. Therefore, parents and teachers are concerned about the issues of raising a healthy, physically strong child and developing creative abilities in him.
Summer big change given to schoolchildren to improve their health, physical training, recuperation after a long school year. But this is also the time of their enrichment, the time of action, testing and testing their strengths, the time of development and understanding of the world around them. As a rule, active recreation of children takes place in sports and health camps, in sanatoriums, at school summer recreation grounds.
In order to organize summer holidays for children on the basis of the MKOU "Krutologovskaya secondary school", a children's health camp is organized with daytime stay for children. It is planned to improve the health of about 40 students in one shift. The age of children is from 8 to 14 years.
The name of the day camp project is "Air travel around the globe." This choice was not made by chance - in 2013 exactly 100 years since the birth of the three times Hero of Soviet Union, military pilot, born in the city of Novosibirsk.
Analysis of the health summer camp of the past year showed that work built in the form of a game is very effective. Last year, the camp worked on the Multlandia project. This project fully met the requirements and tasks set for teachers working with children in the summer. The guys created their teams with pleasure, took an active part in games, relay races, competitions, empathized with each other, kept a chronicle of the creative achievements of their squad. The opportunity to personally plunge into the world of creativity and show their skills did not leave any of the children indifferent.
All this became possible thanks to the thoughtful work of adults and the active position of children. After analyzing last year's work, a team of teachers and students came to the conclusion that such work should be continued, but in order not to be repeated, they decided to change the name and some rules. This year the work of the camp shift will take place in the "open sky". It was decided that over the past seasons the children have become more erudite, physically resilient, well able to navigate in different areas of life, it's time to move on to more serious trials and conquer the heavenly space.
When drawing up the project, the teaching staff was guided by the principles laid down in the educational system of the school:
- The principle of a moral relationship to each other, to the world around; The principle of creative attitude to business; The principle of voluntary participation in affairs; The principle of taking into account the age characteristics of children; The principle of accessibility of selected forms of work.
Goals and objectives.
Target: Creation of conditions for the improvement and organized recreation of students in the summer.
Tasks:
· Promote a healthy lifestyle.
· Strengthen health, promote full physical and mental development.
Involve children in creative activities, develop creative thinking.
· To form cultural behavior, sanitary and hygienic culture.
Develop the needs and abilities of the child to express their creativity.
· Develop communication and tolerance skills in students.
· To form a positive attitude of parents to the work of school self-government bodies and involve them in participation in this activity.
· To make the rest of children more entertaining, eventful, useful for physical and spiritual health.
Organization of joint activities of children and adults.
The implementation of the goals and objectives of the shift is carried out on the topic "Air travel around the globe." All students are divided into age groups. Each detachment (crew) plans its work taking into account the general camp plan. The center of everything is a single airfield (school).
Each crew creates its own system of life, approves the symbolism. The classroom in which the crew will be located will be considered on board the aircraft. Each board has its own black box, in which the guys will put the flyers with the things they have done that day. The next day, in the morning on the line, the crew in a creative way presents a report on the work done over the past day. The best crew receives a red star for their work on board. During the entire shift, each crew develops and implements a creative project that fits the field of activity of the detachment (crew)

Rationale: Summer Holidays make up a significant part of the annual amount of free time for preschoolers. Summer is the time for games, entertainment, freedom in choosing activities, relieving stress accumulated over the year, replenishing spent energy, and restoring health. This is the period of free communication of children.
The problem is that not all parents can provide their child with a complete, correct organized vacation.
Based on the importance of this problem, it became necessary to create health camp project"Fidgets".
The project provides for the organization summer recreation for children preschool age in conditions camps on the basis of MBDOU No. 60.

Organization of the activities of the recreation camp "Neposedy"
The "Fidgets" project provides for the organization of summer holidays for children of senior preschool age in a summer health camp.
During the whole season, four detachments are organized in the camp. Each unit has its own name, emblem, uniform, chants, symbols.
12 teachers work with children: the head of the camp is a physical education instructor, 8 counselors are educators age groups, 2 music director and teacher additional education for theatrical activities.
The duration of the season is 21 days.

Explanatory note.
Organization of alternative summer holidays for children of the "risk group"one of the goals of the school.The use of new technologies, methods and forms of work with children of the "risk group", the organization and conduct of events that contribute to the comprehensive development of children in difficult life situations, all this contributes to the formation of a "new personality".
Active tourist and sports activities allow children to satisfy the natural need for constant movement, inherent in a person at the genetic level.
Children's summer holidays today are becoming more and more expensive for children and parents. Therefore, a campground can be a good alternative to a stationary camp. Children love romance - night fires, the absence of parents, camp food, build their own for this period economic activity. For the duration of the tent camp, students learn to be independent in autonomous conditions, without social networks and gadgets.
The organization of a summer tent camp will logically complement educational work educational institution on the formation of humanistic relations in the youth environment, as well as will reduce the number of offenses of adolescents in the summer and increase the number of young people who share the values of a healthy lifestyle.
The relevance of the project lies in the education of students through sports and health tourism. Since 2014, the school has been actively developing the sports and tourism direction, and the camp fits into this direction as well as possible.
Participation in the project contributes to the development of children's physical abilities as a guarantee of the effectiveness of its technical and tactical actions in any extreme situations.
The project allows you to master the basic skills of water and hiking tourism, expand your knowledge in environmental issues, and respect for nature. Participation in the camp makes it possible in the future to fulfill the discharge standards and requirements of the Unified All-Russian Sports Classification.
The purchased equipment for the implementation of the project will be used for the work of the sports tourism section and will continue the tradition of holding summer tented sports and recreation camps.
We are all accustomed to living in comfortable conditions. modern world. Food is always in stores, water is freely available, and civilization has already penetrated wherever possible. We no longer think about the fact that a situation may occur that will leave us alone with ourselves and extreme, and in some places even hostile natural conditions. How will you behave in such a situation? Do you have enough knowledge and skills to survive on your own without water and food? What do you know about hunting and building? …… Ask yourself: “What If…?”
Goals:
Learn to survive in extreme conditions.
Practical and theoretical course on systems and theories of survival in various conditions. Easy field tests and practical tasks.
Complete survival course natural conditions. Full course theory with the development in practice of the main necessary points and principles.
The course includes the study of the theoretical main part and preparation for practical tasks, survival in conditions close to extreme up to 2 days.
This course will allow you to gain knowledge and skills that will allow you to survive in almost any extreme conditions. And to survive not only alone, but also to be able to save the lives of those who are less prepared for such situations.
Life modern man made him too vulnerable to any hostile conditions, and even a minimal change in comfort level can affect his emotional, mental and physical state.Prepare for any changes and gain the necessary knowledge in practice.
Remember, anything can happen in our life, and it is impossible to foresee all events. But if you are ready, then no out-of-stock events can take you by surprise.

3. Goals and objectives of the project.
Target: Learn to survive in any extreme conditions and get the basic skills needed to escape in any situation.
Tasks:
To acquaint children with possible extreme situations in the forest, in the city.
To instill skills of self-service and mutual assistance in extreme conditions;
Involve teenagers in conservation activities.
Promotion of healthy lifestyles;
4. Project participants
The project is designed for students of the "risk group" MBOU "Secondary School No. 18".
Age of participants 10 - 17 years.
The presence of a certificate of health, vaccination against tick-borne encephalitis is mandatory.
5. Content of the project.
The duration of the tent camp is 6 days. The location of the tent camp on the territory of DOL "DRUZHBA".
The project provides for acquaintance with tourist and sports activities and a theoretical and practical course of survival.
Each direction consists of two parts:
1. master classes on behavior in extreme situations;
2. practical exercises on the ground;
3. analysis practical exercises.
The content of this project provides for the education of children, starting with acquaintance with such types of tourism as hiking and water tourism and ending with practical tests, testing the acquired knowledge in practice and involving students in sports tourism.
Camp participants acquire knowledge about the basics of behavior in natural conditions, behavior on the water, as well as knowledge and skills that can be useful in extreme conditions. On the concepts of a healthy and active lifestyle. They join environmental activities (cleaning the forest from dead wood, clearing parking lots from irresponsible picnic participants, etc.). Learn to serve themselves during a campground that does not include washing machine, gas stove, batteries with heating, sockets with electricity, as well as a table and a chair.

Work in groups of 15 people. Radial exits of groups to the place of practical training:
1. Get information about possible extreme situations and rules of conduct in them.
2. Work out the basic skills that contribute to survival in any conditions (Survival in the city, in the forest, on the water).
3. Learn to use special equipment and rescue equipment.
4. Learn to navigate the terrain both with the help of a compass and a map, and in the absence of special tools.
5. Learn various methods food production and preparation (gathering and hunting)
6. Methods for extracting water, fire.
9. Learn the methods of organizing shelter in different conditions and organizing a camp.
10. Get general plant identification skills (Poisonous, Nutrient, Medicinal)
11. Learn first aid and care methods medical care in extreme conditions
12. Learn the methods of conditional signaling and ways to attract attention.
Analysis of practical exercises, general camp events (in the evening, the camp is supposed to hold entertainment programs, a traditional evening circle with a bonfire with songs accompanied by a guitar).

6. Project personnel
In the organization and conduct of the summer tent camp, practical classes and special training, credit classes, instructors of children's and youth tourism, who have been trained at the RTSDOD and have a certificate "Instructor of children's and youth tourism", participate.

sports block is represented by daily morning exercises, competitions in mini-football, Russian bast shoes, basketball and other team sports, as well as tourist competitions.

Some of the equipment is available at the school. The missing equipment is supposed to be purchased at the expense of financing with the help of the parental contribution.
The parent contribution from program participants will be 4000 rubles
Meals and accommodation in the camp are financed by the project.
8. Expected results and methods for their evaluation.
As a result of participation in the camp:
1. Students will acquire knowledge about the basics of hiking and water tourism (they will be able to set up a tent camp, observing all safety requirements, be able to use group equipment, be able to distribute responsibilities in a group, etc.).
2. They will gain skills in behavior in extreme situations, first aid in an extreme situation, the ability to survive in the forest, to get fire and water,
