It should be noted that the rules for the form of record keeping are also not approved. This document can be filled out by hand, that is, by filling out an existing form, or in in electronic format with obligatory affixing of live signatures.

By the way, it is not necessary to draw up a separate protocol for each employee, especially if we are talking about a small state.
