What is ICT? Information technology is a set of knowledge about the ways and means of working with information resources, and a way of collecting, processing and transmitting information to obtain new information about the object under study ”(I.G. Zakharova). Information technology is a pedagogical technology that uses special methods, software and technical means(cinema, audio and video tools, computers) for working with information. Information and communication technologies are personality-oriented pedagogical technologies. Consequently, they contribute to the implementation of the principles of a differentiated and individual approach to learning. Information and communication technologies (ICT) are a set of technologies that ensure the recording of information, its processing and information exchanges (transmission, distribution, disclosure).

The importance of using ICT in the development of preschoolers. Today, information technologies significantly expand the opportunities of parents, teachers and specialists in the field of early education. The possibilities of using a modern computer make it possible to most fully and successfully realize the development of a child's abilities.

All this imposes qualitatively new requirements on preschool education, the first link in lifelong education, one of the main tasks of which is to lay the potential for the enriched development of the child's personality. Therefore, it is necessary to introduce information technologies into the system of preschool education and training. Practice has shown that at the same time, the interest of children in classes increases significantly, the level of cognitive abilities increases.

The computer can enter a child's life through play. The game is one of the forms of practical thinking. In the game, the child operates with his knowledge, experience, impressions, displayed in the social form of game modes of action, game signs that acquire meaning in the semantic field of games. The child discovers the ability to endow a neutral (up to a certain level) object with play meaning in the semantic field of play. It is this ability that is the main psychological basis for introducing a computer into the game of a preschooler as a game tool.

Advantages: - presenting information on a computer screen in a playful way arouses great interest in children; - carries a figurative type of information understandable to preschoolers; -movements, sound, animation for a long time attracts the attention of the child; - problematic tasks, encouraging the child with their correct solution by the computer itself are a stimulus for the cognitive activity of children; -provides the possibility of individualization of training; - the child himself regulates the pace and number of solved game learning tasks; - in the process of his activity at the computer, the preschooler gains self-confidence, that he can do a lot; - allows you to simulate such life situations that cannot be seen in everyday life (rocket flight, flood, unexpected and unusual effects); - the computer is very "patient", never scolds the child for mistakes, but waits for him to correct them himself.

Where is it possible to apply ICT technologies in kindergarten? The effectiveness of computerization of education in preschool educational institutions depends on the quality of the pedagogical software used, on the ability to rationally and skillfully use them in the educational process. Information and computer technologies can be used both in the educational work of a teacher, and in methodical work preschool educational institution, as well as cooperation with parents, the public, as the popularization of the activities of the kindergarten.

Use of ICT(information and communication technologies) is one of the priorities of education. Informatization of the education system makes new demands on the teacher and his professional competence

The teacher should not only be able to use a computer and modern multimedia equipment, but also create their own educational resources, widely use them in their teaching activities.

In order to educate (according to FGT requirements) physically developed, inquisitive, active, emotionally responsive, who has mastered the means of communication and ways of interacting with adults and peers of the child, trained pedagogical personnel are needed that can combine traditional teaching methods and modern information technologies.

We, educators, must keep up with the times, become a guide for the child into the world of new technologies. If you look at it, you can see that if at the beginning of the year there were only 9% of children with a high level of development, then by the end of the year the high level reached 75%, hence the average level of development of children decreased, and there was practically no low level left.

Thus, the results of the classes with the use of multimedia presentations give a positive trend in the development of children.
