  8. An email containing a link to reset your password will be sent to the email address specified in your profile. Enter the mailbox and follow the link provided in the letter from the bank.

  13. If you have activated the service of additional system protection using IMSI check, your IMSI number of the SIM card will be checked against the number recorded in the database.
    • If the IMSI number check is successful or if the additional system protection service is not activated using the IMSI check, the next step is performed.
    • If the verification of the IMSI number is unsuccessful, a corresponding system message will be provided and the continuation of the password change procedure becomes impossible. In this case:
