  1. The work permit determines the place of performance, the content of work with increased danger, the conditions for their safe conduct, the time of commencement and completion of work, the composition of the team and persons responsible for safety in the performance of these works.
  2. The work permit for the performance of high-risk work must be issued before the start of these works.
