1. What is the name of your profession (position)?

Flat printing printer (offset printing).

2. What is your job and what are your responsibilities?

3. What education is required to get your position?

Ideally, to become a printer, you need to have vocational education, but because there are very few specialized (printing) schools in Russia, then they enter the profession, basically, without any special education. The first three months of work as an apprentice help to master the basic basics of a printer's work - the ABC of printing craft. Well, then, over time, getting ranks: second, third .... up to the eighth.

4. Describe your working day.

Work takes place in three shifts: a week (7.00-15.30); week (15.30-23.00); week (23.00-7.00). And so, from Monday to Friday .... Weekend work is possible, but this is a separate conversation and payment. Well, the working day begins with studying the order, setting up the printing machine (for each order) and, in fact, you can start printing .... Work continues as long as there are orders. If there is a lull, then, as a rule, preventive work is carried out at this time: cleaning; lubricant; replacement of worn parts, etc.

5. How comfortable are your working conditions (all day outside, or in the office with a cup of coffee)?

The conditions are as comfortable as they can be for a printer. All day long work in the workshop, almost always on his feet, and of course, without a cup of coffee.

Variety, and the possibility of a creative approach to individual orders.

Harmful working conditions: sprayable powder, persistent smell of paint and a variety of "chemicals", alkalis.

8. If it's not a secret, what is your salary level (is it enough to write whether you are satisfied or not)?

No, not satisfied.

9. Describe your team, what kind of people work with you?

The team consists of professionals in their field. Outside the enterprise, communication is extremely rare, but the atmosphere at the enterprise is friendly and working.

10. What human qualities do you think are most important in your business?

From human qualities, first of all, it is necessary to name calmness. In the most crucial moments, it is very important to control yourself, to be focused and cool-headed. Would add more professional quality: attention, observation, and sometimes intuition. Yes, and without discipline there is nothing to do at the printing enterprise.

11. Work gives me additional opportunities (here everything that work gives you except money, from self-expression and communication with interesting people before being able to visit different countries).

In addition to acquired acquaintances, this work gave nothing. Now, if, all of a sudden, I decide to get a higher printing education, then, undoubtedly, useful and invaluable experience will be behind me.

12. Do you have the opportunity to evaluate your work on a five-point scale, what grade would you give?

For "triple"

Relationship between management and subordinates...
Fairly frequent change management team does not fully understand the managerial line of leaders. But if in general, then the relationship is working, without any conflict situations. Regular bonuses, encouragement, and in which case penalties, i.e. something that should be an integral part of any production.
