The principles of private law that regulate the activities of enterprises and organizations are legally enshrined in Art. 1 Civil Code Russian Federation(GK RF). One of these principles - the principle of freedom of contract - provides entrepreneurs with the opportunity to independently determine the terms of the contract, choose partners and suppliers, and resolve issues of concluding a contract. Thus, freedom of choice, realized in the form of the desire of everyone to receive money income for himself, serves as the basis for competition or economic competition.

Competition means the presence in the market of a large number of independent buyers and sellers of any product, as well as the freedom for buyers and sellers to enter a particular market or leave it. The essence of competition lies in the fact that there are such a large number of sellers on the market that each of them, providing an almost negligible share of the total supply, is practically unable to influence the supply, and hence the price of the product.

According to the behavioral basis, the following types of competition are distinguished: guaranteeing (providing), opportunistic and creative.

Guaranteeing (providing) competition- this is a system of actions in which organizations strive to maintain their positions in the construction market, specific gravity in certain types of construction and installation works and the established image among customers.

adaptive competition is a system of actions aimed at preempting an opponent by copying his organization of production, labor and methods of work. In other words, it is a type of following the leader.

creative competition- this is a system of actions of the manufacturer, creating superiority over an opponent ( new products, new technologies, advanced marketing methods).

Analysis production activities construction organizations allows us to conclude that most of them use, as a rule, a guaranteeing type of competition. Construction organizations do not have the opportunity or do not want to significantly change the volume, types of work and look for new markets. Ensuring competition is possible only with a constant improvement in the quality of work performed and the output of construction products and is non-price competition, or competition in quality.

In his writings, A. Feigenbaum, like many other leading experts in the field of quality management, noted that when developing an organization's strategy, two forms of competition should be kept in mind. The first is well-known, traditional and is associated with the competitiveness of goods and services and the conquest of the market, including the international one. The second form is invisible. It lies in the environment itself: intellectual, creative, managerial, industrial, etc., as well as in the way teachers and managers, engineers and workers, politicians and economists in competing countries or firms think, how they act, how they make decisions in areas of quality assurance. This form is a more powerful competitive force than the development of automobiles or electronic devices, but it is difficult both to evaluate and to concentrate efforts on its development and strengthening. However, this is the key to the strategic competitiveness of the country. It assumes the effectiveness of the work of senior managers in using the combined capabilities of people - their skills, abilities, relationships in the interests of companies and society as a whole.

The survival of any organization is determined by the level of competitiveness.

Competitiveness is the ability of products, as well as the subject himself market relations act on the construction market on an equal footing with the same products, works, services and competing subjects of market relations. Competitiveness is associated with two indicators - the level of price and the level of product quality. On fig. 1.1 shows the dependence of product quality on its price.

Point 2 captures the greatest distance between the "price" and "cost" curves or the organization's receipt of the greatest profit. You can stop at quality at point 3, sacrificing your own profits, and produce very high quality products. You can decide to produce products of low quality with low cost and price (point 1). The buyer will choose competitive products when the quality matches the price (point 2). At point 2, the manufacturing organization will receive the maximum profit.

Rice. 7.7.

Competitiveness of construction products- this is such a coincidence of the properties (characteristics) of construction products and consumer requirements, in which the interests of the manufacturer and consumer are observed, which means full compliance with market conditions.

Important!

The competitiveness of construction products is determined (as opposed to quality) only by the combination of properties that are of undoubted interest to buyers and ensure that their needs are met by this product.

To assess the competitiveness of products, a system of single, complex (group) and integral indicators is used.

The ability of products to compete is assessed by comparing the parameters of the analyzed products with the parameters of the comparison base. Either the customer's need or the standard of product quality is taken as the basis for comparison.

Product quality standard - a sample that has the best characteristics and is used for comparison.

Analysis of the competitiveness of Construction Technologies LLC

To assess the competitiveness of Construction Technologies LLC, it is first necessary to analyze its condition. The quality of the analysis will be high when it is carried out from the standpoint systems approach. Its peculiarity is the establishment of strategic and tactical factors for increasing the competitiveness of the services provided, the efficiency and sustainability of the company's functioning in the market.

Consider the main indicators for assessing the competitiveness of LLC "Construction Technologies" table 6 Appendix A.

The competitiveness indicators listed in Table 6 are the maximum possible for Stroitelnye Tekhnologii LLC. As you know, the competitiveness of a product or service is a relative concept, that is, it can only be discussed when compared with another object. As for the competitiveness of the LLC "Building Technologies", the considered indicators are the same result that can be analyzed. Indeed, if the volume of sales is positive, then in most cases the economic parameters indicate a good state of affairs for the company. Let's evaluate the competitiveness of Construction Technologies LLC using differential and integrated assessment methods, which we considered in the theoretical part thesis. A comprehensive method for assessing the competitiveness of LLC "Construction Technologies" allows you to conduct a study of competitiveness at once in the entire market for these services, that is, to compare the competitiveness of services with the goods of all competing firms represented in this market, and not with respect to one competitor, as it is proposed to do in most methods; easy to use; based on open data, therefore, less costly than other methods used today; takes into account the opinion of consumers.

Comprehensive includes:

1) determination of the criteria (requirements) of consumers for the product;

2) assessment of the expected competitiveness of the product based on consumer criteria;

3) assessment of the competitiveness of the company's marketing activities relative to competing firms;

4) conclusions about the real competitiveness of the product and the definition of points of application of forces to increase it.

The following sources of primary information were used: a questionnaire survey, own practical observations and calculations, official statistics on the repair and construction services market in Yekaterinburg. Before proceeding to the methodology for assessing the competitiveness of Construction Technologies LLC, it is necessary to determine what type of goods the products under study belong to. We suggest using a typology of goods based on A. Maslow's hierarchy of needs. Repair and construction services according to the presented typology of goods are considered as goods industrial use that satisfy the needs for security, convenience of existence and movement.

Let's define the criteria (requirements) according to their degree of importance by interviewing consumers using the services of Construction Technologies LLC. To this end, in May-June 2012, sociological research preferences of 100 consumers who applied to Stroitelnye Tekhnologii LLC. The survey results are shown in (Table 7).

Table 7 - Priority of consumer criteria in the evaluation of services

The assessment of the importance of each criterion was calculated as the arithmetic mean for the collected number of questionnaires. An analysis of the data obtained as a result of a survey of 100 clients of LLC "Construction Technologies" indicates that the most elastic consumer demand for pricing policy chosen by the firm. 60% of respondents answered that the price component is very important, 12% - it is important, 28% put the quality of services in the first place. When answering the question about the frequency of using repair and construction services, 30% noted that they use them once a quarter, 25% - once every six months, while the majority (40%) - quite rarely. The main companies providing repair and construction services were:

Stroitelnye Tekhnologii LLC (85% of respondents), IC Mig (40%), Spetsstroyservis LLC (25%) (several answers were allowed). The vast majority of respondents (90%) noted that foreign materials are more reliable. positive moment It should be mentioned that 80% of respondents are satisfied with the quality of the service provided by Construction Technologies LLC. The convenience of the company's location was noted by 60% of customers. The main clients of Construction Technologies LLC are men with higher and secondary technical education aged 30 to 40 years. A survey of consumer opinions revealed that it is price factor is the most important and has the highest coefficient of significance.

Assessment of the expected competitiveness of the services of Construction Technologies LLC based on consumer criteria. The characteristics of the service taken into account by the consumer are identified, and the proximity of the value of the actual characteristics of the service to the value desired by the consumer is determined. The structure of characteristics is shown in (Table 8). An asterisk indicates the characteristics considered by the buyer of services.

Among the factors influencing the decision to apply to a certain repair and construction company, respondents in almost 100% of cases called the quality of services and materials used, the second place was the price, but its importance was disputed by half of the respondents - the cost is important, but if the differences are insignificant and the price will correspond to the income, then the cost will not be paid attention in the first place.

Deciding to use the services of Construction Technologies LLC, the respondents first of all seek advice from specialists or acquaintances, then they look for information through Internet resources and databases. Little confidence in advertising and personal experience. From this we can conclude that the main emphasis in the promotion of services should be placed not on advertising in the classical sense of the word, but on gaining the trust of specialists and working with them - concluding contracts for advertising the company's name, for example, at various construction forums and seminars. Evaluation of the competitiveness of the company's marketing activities relative to competing firms. Competitive firms are an important object of study.

Table 8 - Structure of service characteristics

Evaluation of the competitiveness of the marketing activities of the firm relative to competing firms. Competitive firms are an important object of study. If the study of the consumer helps the firm to win new customers, then the study of the competitor gives an idea of its position in the market. Knowing the strengths and weaknesses of competitors, one can assess their potential and goals, present and future strategies. This will allow the company to strategically focus its attention on the direction where the competitor is weaker. In this way, you can expand your own competitive edge. As the main competitors of the company under study, Stroitelnye Tekhnologii LLC, IC Mig and Spetsstroyservis LLC were identified (Table 9).

Table 9 - a brief description of enterprises-competitors LLC "Construction Technologies"

Company name

Characteristic

Repair and construction company SK "Mig" was organized in 1998. The main activity is the installation of roofing and facade systems, as well as general construction work. (License - D 506986 dated 08.23.04; KGIOP license - RD No. 001042 dated 05.27.02).

The number of permanent employees is 35 people. Employees of the organization constantly improve their skills by participating in various seminars and events on the profile, allowing them to keep abreast of the latest achievements, developments in work production technology and the use of modern building materials. The company SK "Mig" has its own production base, efficient equipment and tools necessary for high-quality work

Spetsstroyservis LLC

Spetsstroyservis LLC has been operating in the repair and construction services market since 1995. The main activities include: installation and repair of all types of roofs, high-altitude and facade works, installation of industrial floors, reconstruction and repair of industrial buildings. Spetsstroyservis LLC is engaged in the design of external engineering communications, ITP, TsTP, as well as laying new and re-laying (repairing) laid engineering networks. The company has over 25 employees.

The reason for choosing these companies is that they:

1) are located in the territorial proximity to the company under study;

2) provide consumers with a comparable set of services;

3) adhere to a comparable pricing policy.

Expert assessments for each competitor firm are presented in (Table 10).

When considering competing firms and determining peer review, experts were guided by the following arguments. Prices for services in most areas at LLC "Construction Technologies" and IC "Mig" are almost identical. The prices of Spetsstroyservis LLC are higher on average by 5%, which is quite noticeable for the market of repair and construction services.

Table 10 - Assessment of the competitiveness of companies providing repair and construction services

When assessing the breadth of service offerings, both the range of offers in individual areas of activity and the range of offers within each area were taken into account. Discounts are provided by SK Mig and LLC Spetsstroyservis. This applies to regular customers with whom service contracts have been concluded, the discount is expressed in 3-5% of the cost of the service, Construction Technologies LLC does not provide discounts. At the same time, it should be noted that regular customers (with a frequency of visits once a quarter) also exist at Construction Technologies LLC, while they are to a small extent focused on receiving discounts. From the point of view of the advertising component, IC "Mig" and, especially, OOO "Spetsstroyservis" are the most competitive. Their main tools advertising work- advertising in newspapers.

From the point of view of the office location, the most competitive is Stroitelnye Tekhnologii LLC. The reason for this is the proximity of industrial enterprises (mainly private firms), the convenience of parking Vehicle, a separate entrance. IC "Mig" is located at the end of the city, which is inconvenient for customers. Spetsstroyservice LLC is located in a suburban area, which is also not very convenient for consumers of the service.

Conclusions about the real competitiveness of the company and the definition of points of application of forces to improve it. The complex indicator of the studied firms is:

1) Construction Technologies LLC - 4.40 points;

2) SC "Mig" - 4.55 points;

3) Spetsstroyservis LLC - 3.85 points.

Figure 5 - Comprehensive indicator of the studied firms

The conducted research revealed the presence of competitors of Stroitelnye Tekhnologii LLC. Based on the construction of a table of competitiveness of firms, it was determined that the company

Stroitelnye Tekhnologii LLC ranks second after IC Mig, yielding in two main positions: providing discounts and Advertising activity. Analysis of the situation in the consumer market indicates the need for changes in behavior commercial firms. First of all, this concerns firms providing repair and construction services.

The conducted research allowed the management of LLC "Construction Technologies" to identify the main directions for improving their activities. First of all, this refers to the improvement of sales promotion (provision of discounts to regular customers) and activation of the communication policy. The need to create a comprehensive methodology for assessing the competitiveness of products was dictated by the need to improve the marketing policy of Construction Technologies LLC. The competitive situation in the market of repair and construction services is difficult. Experts note that today there are already symptoms of "overstocking" of the repair and construction services market. The enterprises are equally focused on a wide range of repair and construction services and on various scopes of work. According to corporate customers, the vast majority of them are only “partially satisfied” with the quality of work performed, terms and cost. The assessment of the competitiveness of LLC "Construction Technologies" with the help of complex method allows us to draw the following conclusions:

1) the main competitors of the LLC "Construction Technologies" are IC "Mig" and LLC "Spetsstroyservis".

2) the studied company Stroitelnye Tekhnologii LLC ranks second after IC Mig, yielding in two main positions: discounts and advertising.

3) the study allowed the management of Stroitelnye Tekhnologii LLC to identify the main directions for improving its activities. First of all, this refers to the improvement of sales promotion (provision of discounts to regular customers) and activation of the communication policy.

4) a sales promotion system can be useful both for attracting consumer firms based on the provision of discounts for the volume of purchases, and for attracting private customers. They are offered a discount for paying in cash.

5) with a high degree of probability, we can say that the real competitiveness of the LLC "Construction Technologies" is higher than that of the company IC "Mig". In order for the real competitiveness of Stroitelnye Tekhnologii LLC to be higher than that of IC Mig, it is necessary to increase the efficiency of sales management to the level of this company.

Now let's evaluate the competitiveness of Stroitelnye Tekhnologii LLC using the differential method. Initial data are presented in (Table 11).

Table 11 - Initial data for assessing the competitiveness of LLC "Construction Technologies" by the differential method

Estimates in points for the quality of service ranging from 1 to 5 are set by experts based on the technical parameters of the product. The service of Construction Technologies LLC was taken as a sample - laying marble tiles on an area of 250 square meters. m. The expert commission of the enterprise also established the priority of technical parameters and set the corresponding weight coefficients on them, presented in (table 11).

The group of parameters used in the table characterizes the performance of the main functions of the service and some of its specifications. To distribute given in (Table 11). services for laying marble tiles in terms of competitiveness by the differential method, you need to complete the following points:

2) to draw conclusions about the level of competitiveness of the service for laying marble tiles of Construction Technologies LLC.

The calculation of a single indicator of competitiveness is carried out according to the formula:

therefore, the calculation of a single indicator for SC
According to economic parameters:

calculation of a single indicator for IC
calculation of a single indicator for Spetsstroyservis LLC:

In order to distribute the competing firms given in (table 11) according to the level of competitiveness, you need to do the following:

4) draw appropriate conclusions about the competitiveness of the analyzed models in relation to the sample.

Calculation of group indicators for technical parameters. The group indicator is calculated according to (formula 13).

for specific model:

I tp = q 1 a 1 + q 2 a 2 + q 3 a 3

Hence, the indicator for the technical parameters for the IC
I tp = 1 30% + 1.67 50% + 0.9 20% = 1 0.3 + 1.67 0.5 + 0.9 0.2 = 1.315

for Spetsstroyservis LLC:

I tp = 1 30% + 4.2 50% + 0.76 20% = 1 0.3 + 4.2 0.5 + 0.76 0.2 = 2.552

Calculation of group indicators according to economic parameters. The group indicator for economic parameters is calculated according to (formula 14).

Since during T = 4 years, E = 14%, C 0, C 1 have always been constant and equal, respectively, C 0 = 1.38, and C 1 = 0.81, then C 0 and C 1 can be taken out of the sign sums and then the group indicator for economic parameters will be calculated according to (formula 15).

Therefore, the group indicator in terms of economic parameters for IC "Mig" is equal to:

Spetsstroyservis LLC:

Table 12 - Coefficients for reducing operating costs to the estimated year

Calculation of the integral indicator of competitiveness. The integral indicator is calculated by (formula 16),

but since the group indicator for standard parameters is not specified, it will not be taken into account in the calculation of the integral indicator and the formula will take the form:

Then for SC
Spetsstroyservis LLC:

As a result of the obtained group indicators in terms of technical parameters, IC "Mig" is the most competitive, that is, in general, its service for laying marble slabs satisfies the needs of the consumer more fully than all other companies. From the calculations obtained for economic parameters, it can be seen that IC Mig is more competitive in terms of economic parameters from all other competing companies, since it has the smallest group indicator - 0.629. This means that the buyer will more actively order the service from this company than all the others. However, as the study showed, it is more profitable to order a service from Spetsstroyservis LLC. Although it is more expensive there, it is quite competitive in terms of technical parameters. From the calculations of the integral indicator of competitiveness, it can be seen that IC "Mig" and LLC "Spetsstroyservis" are inferior to LLC "Construction Technologies" in terms of competitiveness in general, since they have integral indicator less than one.

One of the most effective methods for assessing the competitiveness of Construction Technologies LLC is a SWOT analysis, or a matrix of opportunities and threats external environment, strong and weaknesses enterprises. The essence of the method is to compare data on the external and internal environment of Construction Technologies LLC (elements of the external environment - opportunities and threats; elements internal environment: advantages and disadvantages).

The conducted swot-analysis shows the possibility of the company moving towards customers, to manufacturers, the possibility of integration and diversification. LLC "Construction Technologies" can carry out a smooth upward movement in typical housing and create new trade marks for different segments. A methodology for assessing the competitiveness of construction products is presented, taking into account the level of product quality, reproducibility technological process production, as well as its cost. In the process of evaluating the level of product quality, it is advisable to use either the most significant indicator of product quality or a generalized indicator of quality that takes into account the totality of the properties of the product in question. The procedure for evaluating a generalized indicator of product quality includes the selection of the most important quality indicators finished products and estimating the weight coefficients of each of the considered properties using expert method. Normalized estimates of the considered quality indicators can be obtained using the Harrington desirability function. When assessing the competitiveness of construction products, it is proposed to take into account the reproducibility of the technological process in terms of the reproducibility index Ср or Сpk. It has been established that the continuous improvement of these criteria contributes to an increase in customer satisfaction, which, in turn, leads to an increase in profits.

Increasing the competitiveness of construction products is one of the most pressing issues for modern Russia, since the main factor characterizing the competitiveness of products is their quality, and the quality of construction products is not only meeting the needs of consumers, but also their safety. There are various ways to increase the competitiveness of products (Figure 1).

Rice. 1. Methods for assessing the level of product quality

The development of fair competition in construction products contributes to the introduction of innovations, improving product quality, reducing technical barriers to trade, increasing the level of life and health safety, environment and saving all kinds of resources.

In addition, the quality of construction products is the main factor affecting the economy and profitability of the finished construction project, ensuring its reliability and durability.

In order to continuously improve the activities of the construction industry, it is necessary to improve processes by improving their characteristics and improving product quality.

Research methods

At the same time, the competitiveness of products is determined by a combination of quality and cost features of products that contribute to meeting the needs of the consumer. Continuous improvement of product quality provides greater customer satisfaction and allows you to increase the price. Therefore, improving the quality of products contributes to higher profits.

Exist various methods assessment of the quality level of homogeneous and heterogeneous products (Figure 2). To assess the quality level of homogeneous products, differential, complex, mixed, and integral methods are used. To assess the quality level of dissimilar products, a quality index or defectiveness index is usually used. In addition, to assess the quality level of homogeneous and dissimilar products, the method of expert quality assessments is used.

Rice. 2. Methods for assessing the level of product quality

Product quality can be assessed using a generalized quality indicator, which is either the most significant indicator of product quality or a set of properties of the product in question. Normalized estimates of quality indicators can be obtained using the Harrington desirability function. The general algorithm for obtaining a generalized assessment of the level of product quality is shown in Figure 3.

Rice. 3. Algorithm for assessing the level of product quality

It should be noted that in most cases, enterprises carry out selective control, which, for all its effectiveness, does not make it possible to obtain sufficiently objective information about the quality of the entire batch as a whole, which in the conditions of modern competition between producers can lead to the release of defective products. The use of continuous control is not always possible, either because of the peculiarities production cycle either because high costs to the organization of control.

Therefore, to control production processes, it is necessary to use statistical methods that allow you to receive information about the quality of processes in a timely manner and make it possible to quickly respond to possible failures. Under these conditions, special attention should be paid to the stability and reproducibility of the process. The stability of the process is usually assessed by Shewhart control charts, and the reproducibility of the process - by the index of reproducibility Ср and Сpk.

, (1)

The upper limit of the tolerance field;

The lower limit of the tolerance field;

One of the limits of the tolerance field;

Process reproducibility index, evaluating the ability to satisfy technical approval without taking into account the position of the average value;

The process capability index, taking into account the actual position of the mean.

Others very important indicator competitiveness of products is its cost, which ultimately affects consumer demand.

Thus, the competitiveness of construction products is determined by the level of its quality, stability and reproducibility of the technological process of production, which guarantees the production of products of a stable level of quality and its cost. Continuous improvement of these criteria contributes to increased customer satisfaction, which in turn leads to increased profits.

The selected criteria (properties) can be grouped in a generalized quality criterion of the following type:

where - coefficient characterizing the criterion of the index of reproducibility of the technological process; - coefficient characterizing the criterion of the generalized level of quality of products; - coefficient characterizing the criterion of the price level of products on the market.

from 0.90 to 1.0 - excellent;

from 0.8 to 0.90 - very good;

from 0.63 to 0.8 - good;

from 0.37 to 0.63 - satisfactory;

from 0.2 to 0.37 - bad;

from 0.0 to 0.2 - very bad.

Price Level Criteria

The price of products on the market;

The minimum value of the price of a competitor's product in the market.

The practical value of this approach will be illustrated by the example of products from various manufacturers. The initial data for the calculation are presented in Table 2.

conclusions

According to the results of calculating the generalized criterion, it can be seen that in a wide range of values of the weight coefficients, the most competitive is the production of enterprise No. 4, which is due to the high value of the reproducibility index of the technological process at an acceptable level of the generalized indicator of product quality and price.

Currently, there are a large number of enterprises in the construction market engaged in the construction of residential, public, administrative, industrial buildings, etc. With the advent of new organizations, competition between them is also growing. Big demands are placed on the quality, location, price of products.

One of the most important problems of construction companies is to ensure the proper quality of products and improve it. To ensure and improve it, it is necessary to fulfill a number of requirements: the use of high-quality and highly environmentally friendly building materials; accurate calculations of projects in the construction of buildings, especially high requirements must be placed on calculations that relate to the underground part; compliance with sanitary norms and rules; application of new construction technologies.

Currently, there are a large number of new construction technologies, some of them include: Construction of houses from aerated concrete blocks.

Aerated concrete blocks first appeared at the beginning of the 20th century as a result of the work of the Swedish architect A. Eriksonn. For the manufacture of aerated concrete, only high-quality and environmentally friendly components are used: cement, lime, sand and water. Aluminum powder is added to this mixture, which serves as a blowing agent. After a long heat treatment at a pressure of 8-13 atmospheres, a unique building material is obtained - it does not burn, lends itself well to machining, is strong and durable. This material can be used both for external walls and internal partitions, as well as for heat and sound insulation of roofs and even for interfloor ceilings. A wide range of products, both in terms of density and range, allows you to build a house in which price and quality will be optimally balanced. In short, aerated concrete is a real alternative to many traditional building materials such as stone, brick, concrete and even wood. Aerated concrete products have low bulk density (350-600 kg/m3), sufficiently high strength (10-50 kg/cm2), low thermal conductivity (0.09-0.14 W-moS), high vapor permeability and excellent linear characteristics . Construction technology using non-removable formwork made of expanded polystyrene.

The technology is based on the erection of load-bearing walls from monolithic reinforced concrete with the help of permanent formwork from special building polystyrene foam. A 5 cm thick EPS layer has the same thermal conductivity as a 2.5 m thick concrete wall. In addition, double insulation ensures minimal temperature fluctuations in the load-bearing wall. Therefore, all elements of the building will be reliably protected from thermal expansion and, as a result, from the occurrence of cracks. In addition, a wall built according to the construction technology with the use of non-removable formwork made of expanded polystyrene reacts very quickly to changes in temperature inside the room, unlike walls with single-layer insulation or no insulation at all, in which a significant part of the heat is spent on heating the environment. When these walls cool down with a sharp change in temperature, in order to heat the air in the room, it is first necessary to warm up the walls for a long time. Fixed formwork blocks have cavities that are reinforced and filled with concrete during the construction process.

The use of non-removable formwork made of expanded polystyrene allows the construction of the following types of buildings: Individual residential houses, cottages, summer cottages; Service objects; Multi-storey buildings; Agricultural facilities, warehouses, storage facilities.

One of the reasons for the decline in competitiveness is also the fact that construction companies are engaged in a specific type of construction and do not conduct marketing research on the construction market, which would allow determining the needs of buyers. Based on this, we can say that organizations need to analyze the markets in order to offer the products they need.

Other ways to improve competitiveness include:

Availability of qualified labor resources. Labor resources are one of the most important components of the enterprise and the most important factor in increasing competitiveness. According to modern management concepts, people are one of the most important economic resources of an enterprise, affecting its income, competitiveness, and development. Unfortunately, few domestic enterprises care about improving working conditions and motivating their employees. Organizations must provide appropriate working conditions, recreation, high wages, as people are an important factor in the development of the enterprise.

Improving the quality of management of a construction organization. Careful control over the production of products will reduce the risk of defects in the created products.

The state of the competitive environment is also influenced by internal and external factors. External factors include: the influence of the state on pricing, tax policy, the system of measures to support domestic producers, the presence of competitors and the state of the competitive environment in the market. Internal factors include: the system and methods of enterprise management, the level of technology, the availability of qualified labor resources, the quality management system, etc.

In the course of writing the article, four main directions for increasing the competitiveness of construction products were identified. These include: quality improvement; conducting marketing research; availability of qualified labor resources; improving the quality of management of a construction organization.

By following these directions, the enterprise will be able to increase its level of competitiveness, strengthen its position in the market, and increase profits.
