This time, instead of the apologies and assurances that the previous answers were full of, a dry answer was given that I needed to write a statement about the loss of cargo and present an invoice and receipts. I have neither one nor the other - I am the recipient. The answer was that the decision on compensation would be made by management. Like this: if they want - they compensate, if they don't want - they don't compensate. And no apologies! Dear employees and leaders of Intime! Your delivery service is far from being the leader in the transportation market in Ukraine, so you would have to fight for each client, quickly respond to any shortcomings in your work.
