The evening ended with sparkling fireworks. Everyone raised their heads, clapped their hands and shouted “Hurrah!”. It seemed that at that moment everyone who was on the ship became one big family gathered under the flag of RUSKLIMAT.

As part of the event, the guests visited the production workshops, got acquainted with the main stages of manufacturing products and the technologies used, asked questions to the heads of the cluster enterprises, examined the exposition of finished equipment, and learned about the plant's plans for the near future. In addition, during the meeting, agreements were signed between the administration of the Vladimir Region and the resident companies of the industrial cluster - Industrial Platform Group Clima LLC (IPG Clima), VentInzhMash Production Association and Izhevsk Thermal Engineering Plant LLC. Governor Svetlana Orlova and heads of enterprises put their signatures on the documents.

At the end of the official part of the program, the governor, the foreign delegation and the heads of enterprises - residents of the cluster were presented with memorable gifts from Mikhail Timoshenko - the first sections of Royal Thermo radiators, manufactured at one of the enterprises of the plant.

According to the governor, the scale of production exceeded all her expectations.

According to Mikhail Timoshenko, one of the main tasks of the project is to increase the level of production localization. “As for heating radiators, in the future the level of localization will be close to 100%. As of today, we have about 70% of thermal equipment, more than 90% of ventilation and engineering equipment. The devices are produced using domestic materials,” Mr. Tymoshenko emphasized.

The high interest of Russian investors in the plant was noted by representatives of the business units of the TPH "Rusclimat". In their opinion, the demand for the holding's products in the regions and the launch of its own production line will significantly expand distribution channels and attract new customers, including municipal authorities. “Investor interest in the project is really huge, because now many people are talking about import substitution and increasing the level of localization of production, but only a few are taking concrete steps in this direction,” said Timofey Efremov from RKT-Engineering, who also represented the holding at the All-Russian meeting on development of housing and communal services.

The foreign delegation also appreciated the scale of the project, high professionalism and incredibly fast deadlines for its implementation. “I am proud to be part of such an ambitious project,” concluded one of the equipment suppliers.

To open the TPH cluster, Rusclimat reconstructed over 100,000 sq.m of production, warehouse and office space. Until 2018 based on operating enterprises 30 million units of equipment will be produced for 10 billion rubles. In addition, more than 1,500 new jobs will be created by 2017. The total investment in the project will exceed 3 billion rubles.

In 2014, the share of Chinese heating radiators reached 74%, displacing European (14.7%) and domestic (11.3%) manufacturers. The reason is unfair competition from manufacturers in Southeast Asia, whose products not only do not meet the declared technical specifications, but also pose a danger to our citizens. The development of domestic production of high-quality and safe radiators, the introduction of mandatory certification, should radically change this situation. The products of the ROYAL THERMO industrial group are planning to occupy at least 12% of the market.
