We must create for our youth such social program in which they would remain themselves and which would bring them satisfaction. Such social activity would contribute to strengthening the mental health of the individual R. May Fundamental question. Are we to blame for the problems that arise, or is it the world around us? Problematic questions: What problems do today's youth have and how to solve them? How does today's youth relate to universal human values? What factors influence the formation of a healthy lifestyle?

At present, the focus of attention of various public institutions and organizations has become the problem of social adaptation of young people in a social and spiritual crisis. This is natural, since it is the condition of young people that determines the future of society, the prospects for its development. The upbringing of the younger generation should, on the one hand, meet the needs of society, and on the other hand, take into account the interests of the individual. Problem

High communicative culture, which includes the ability to create your own image and the skill of self-presentation, the ability to cooperate; the formation of an individual lifestyle on the basis of the most complete realization of interests, inclinations, abilities, and the creative potential of the individual; business qualities, including responsibility, enterprise, the ability to get out of difficult life situations, quickly adapt to the changing conditions of the current reality; internal stability, which implies the ability to withstand high moral and psychological stress, characteristic of our unstable period, tolerance to stress; high spiritual and moral culture as a foundation for the formation of the above qualities, because ignoring this aspect leads to the degradation of both the individual and society as a whole. What personal qualities necessary for a person modern conditions in order to effectively build your life in order to take a worthy place in an ever-changing world? This is first of all:

Young people at a certain stage of life, in the period of growing up, feel the need to enter communities based on common values, which are translated into the internal plane and used as material for self-development. Summarizing the above, we formulate a hypothesis: the use of group methods of psychological and pedagogical influence makes it possible to form a favorable educational environment in a specially organized youth microsociety (club).

The object of the research is group methods of psychological influence in work with youth. The purpose of the study: to identify the role of group methods of influence in creating a favorable environment for personal development educational environment. Research objectives: to substantiate the effectiveness of the use of group methods of influence on the formation of personality in adolescence; explore the attitude of young people to universal values.

A survey was conducted among students in grade 11 in order to accurately find out the interests and problems of young people. Questions Answer option % of respondents Do you think that receiving higher education is a sine qua non for success in life? 49% answered positively What life goals, in your opinion, are most often set by modern youth? Prestigious job42% What, in your opinion, prevents today's youth from achieving their goals? Lack of finances38% What do you think are the benefits of higher education for young people? Getting a job42% Based on the survey, it can be said that the main goal of today's youth is to get a prestigious job, considering getting an education one of the components in achieving success in life.

Study of the attitude of school youth to universal values and problems. These studies were based on the methodology " problematic issues", reflected in problematic topics, such as: 1. men and women; 2. freedom and affection; 3. family and betrayal; 4. love; 5. sacred, central values; 6. acceptance of self, others, the world; 7 openness in relationships 8. loneliness 9. children 10. play and "roles-in-life" 11. self-realization 12. completeness and meaningfulness of life 13. business and entertainment 14. experience of one's own uniqueness Answer options 1. I have not thought about this issue 2. The topic is relevant for me 3. I would like to discuss this issue with other members of the group 4. Neutral attitude to the problem.

Man is a social being living in a community of his own kind, is included in the system of connections and relations with other people, takes his own position in this system, has a certain status, plays various social roles. This means that his psyche and behavior essentially depend on a complex, structured social environment in which people are united in numerous, diverse, more or less stable communities of a group. A group is a kind of unity that obeys its own laws, in which dynamic processes take place and which in a certain way influence the people included in it. This is the educational value of the group.

Socio-psychological characteristics of group methods of influence and their use in work with youth. To educate a person means to contribute to the formation of his personality. There are three types of activity: knowledge of the world and oneself; assessment of the world around; changing yourself and the world. The factors that encourage activity include: cognitive and professional interest, or personal interest in learning; creative nature of the activity; competitiveness; the playful nature of the classes, dynamics and dramatization; emotional impact of various factors.

Group methods of influence: Debating methods. Game methods. Sensitive training (training of interpersonal sensitivity and perception of oneself as a psychophysical unity). Behavioral approach (behaviorism). Activity approach. psychoanalytic approach. cognitive approach. Psychodrama. Psychosynthesis. T-groups (training groups) Meeting groups. dance therapy. Art therapy. Body Oriented Therapy.

The influence of the group on the individual through relationships is quite large. Not the last role is played by the position of the member of the group. The extent to which a person is active in his desire for creative self-expression, self-improvement, participation in development, in to no small extent contributes to its adaptation, individualization and integration in the team. In the Arsenievsky city district, the action "Teenager" has been held for several years. The main task of the operation "Teenager" is the organization of employment of children in the summer, the maximum coverage of various forms of recreation, organized labor, primary prevention of drug addiction, substance abuse, alcoholism among children and adolescents, crime prevention. In educational and recreational institutions of the city during the period of the operation "Teenager" inspectors of the ODN conducted 57 conversations with teenagers on legal topics.

Within the framework of the interdepartmental operation "Teenager" were carried out preventive actions such as "Runaway", "Teen Needle", "Teen Summer for Children", "Teen Migrant", "Teen Family", "Street Children", "Comprehensive Education", "World Without Drugs". Over the summer, 7481 minors were covered by recreation, health improvement and employment. 1340 children worked in labor teams during the holidays. The priority areas of activity of cultural institutions within the framework of the complex operation "Teenager" were: crime prevention and promotion of a healthy lifestyle; formation of a legal culture among the youth audience; organization of useful rest; involvement in interest clubs. Against the background of a general increase in juvenile delinquency in the city of Arsenyev during the operation "Teenager" in 2005, there was a decrease in crime among schoolchildren in the city by 24%.

Consider another problem of modern youth - health. Analyzing the diagram of the general morbidity of adolescents (age years), it should be noted that in addition to respiratory diseases, which account for 40.0% of the total morbidity, one can distinguish diseases of the digestive system (8.6%), injuries and poisonings (8.4%), as well as diseases of the genitourinary system (6.3%), the eye and its accessory apparatus (6.2%), the skin and subcutaneous tissue (5.6%), and the nervous system (5.4%). Attracts attention specific gravity such pathology as mental disorders, which in adolescents account for 4.5% of all morbidity. What is the reason?

Consider dynamic system population development in the form of a flow in social space At present, the social and labor component continues to dominate in Russia. The main sign of successful personal development is the formation of material and financial capital. Under these conditions, human capital is subjected to intensive use, which leads to significant costs in the form of increased mortality and reduced life expectancy, as well as a significant deterioration in the health of the younger generation. From all this we can conclude that it is necessary to unite and coordinate the efforts of the administration, institutions and departments to solve the problems of protecting and strengthening the health of young people. It is necessary to change the psychology of the population in relation to health, to promote a healthy lifestyle and priority should be given. socio-ecological and socio-cultural components.

Having highlighted the variety of forms and methods of group work, having considered the mechanisms of group influence on a personality, we can conclude that such an influence is invaluable for self-development during adolescence, has a beneficial effect on the formation and development of personality, helps to meet the urgent needs of modern youth, solve urgent age-related problems and overcome problems, but a person must be active in his desire for creative self-expression, self-improvement, and then everything will be fine.

CURRENT PROBLEMS OF MODERN YOUTH

 The purpose of the work is to study the urgent problems of modern youth.  Research objectives: 1. To study the causes of social problems. 2. Consider the factors that influence the problems of youth. 3. Conduct a sociological survey among young people. 4. Analyze survey responses.  The method of obtaining information is a survey. The survey consists in asking people special questions, the answers to which allow the researcher to obtain the necessary information, depending on the objectives of the study.

 Internet addiction. This problem is gaining momentum. Ten years ago, few people in the 1st grade had a phone, but now it is considered the norm, but it is not used at all for emergency communication with the family, but for things like social networks on the Internet, various chats and games. The Internet has an even greater influence on a teenager than peers and parents.

 Unemployment. Problems of this nature arise from the economic instability of the state, which is unable to provide the required number of jobs, the unwillingness of employers to accept low-skilled and inexperienced employees. The problem of youth employment also lies in the financial claims of young professionals, which are not shared by employers. Thus, young people are looking for work, but they cannot get a job, which is why they have no means of subsistence. This pushes them to search for illegal earnings, which often pushes them to crime, drug addiction, leads to poverty, and contributes to the development of housing problems for young people.

 Youth culture. The decline in the standard of living of young people was reflected in their cultural life. Western ideas of a consumer attitude to life are popular, which is reflected in the cult of money and fashion, the desire for material well-being, and pleasure.

 Psychological problems. Psychological problems of youth are mainly associated with the lack of a clear life direction. Boys and girls are introduced to the laws of life not only by parents, school and books, but also by the street, products of mass culture, the media, and their own experience. The indifference of power and lack of rights, youthful maximalism provokes the development of indifference or aggression in young people, pushes them to join youth informal groups

 Alcoholism. Alcoholism can be called a social problem of young people, since no one is safe from it. It affects both hereditary predisposition and acquired, by the method of retraction. A teenager who starts drinking alcohol early loses the meaning of life. Today, alcoholism is the most pressing problem of young people, regardless of gender.

 Psychological problems. Psychological problems of youth are mainly associated with the lack of a clear life direction. Boys and girls are introduced to the laws of life not only by parents, school and books, but also by the street, products of mass culture, the media, and their own experience. The indifference of power and lack of rights, youthful maximalism provokes the development of indifference or aggression in young people, pushes them to join informal youth groups. In addition, youth is the time when a person has to solve many important tasks: choosing a profession, the second half, friends, determining life path, the formation of their own worldview.

Particular attention is paid to the analysis of the problems of criminalization of the youth environment, the prevention of youth crime, the situation of young entrepreneurs in business, etc.

The sociology of youth also studies the problems of a young, in particular, student family, the dynamics of marriages and divorces, and the reasons for the weakening of the family as a social institution.

2. Socialization of youth, its value orientations and social well-being.

Socialization is a long process of assimilation by the individual of the entire population social norms, values and behavioral stereotypes, as a result of which his social personality is formed.

The process of socialization continues throughout the entire period of childhood and adolescence of a person (primary socialization), and then throughout life (secondary socialization).

Thus, society, as it were, "adjusts" the individual to its standard all his life, forcing a person to master new social roles.

Youth socialization

Thanks to socialization, society is able to reproduce itself in each individual.

At the same time, each of the young people bears the imprint of their family, the social group to which they belong, and the entire society as a whole. Looking closely at a person, you can determine from what environment he came out, from which region or country he came. Representatives of different generations bear the imprints of the era in which they lived or live today.

Youth socialization

It should be emphasized that in a historically stable society there is no significant difference between chronologically close generations, which indicates the effectiveness of socialization.

In crisis, revolutionary periods, socialization becomes ineffective, because. the new generation begins to deny and critically rethink the norms and values of their parents. There is a conflict of generations that can give rise to social upheaval.

Youth socialization

The instability of the transitional society contributes to the widespread crisis type of socialization, which is characterized by the growth of deviations, the discrepancy between the functions and roles performed by the individual.

In the process of socialization in childhood and adolescence, self-esteem is developed, associated with the attitude to one's appearance, one's abilities and qualities. An inferiority complex, or, conversely, leadership qualities remain with a person throughout life.

Youth socialization

In the period of early youth, a person tries to determine his place in the "adult world", has a special interest in "beautiful" prestigious specialties, gravitates towards various forms of creativity.

Having discovered in himself a lack of appropriate abilities, the individual experiences disappointment in himself and life.

Representatives of the older generation of young people (after 20 years old) change the direction of socialization to self-realization in professional activity and finding a marriage partner.

The contradictions between the more complicated contradictory public relations and insufficient resources to ensure the normal socialization of young people;

Instability of economic and political life, criminogenicity, activation of the shadow sector;

High level of social polarization, reduced opportunities for upward mobility for the poor;

Increasing the level of society's requirements for personal and professional qualities young people;

Decreased chances of self-realization, increased social pessimism and apathy.

Problems of socialization of youth

In recent years, the stratum of unemployed youth has continued to grow. About 3% are officially registered at the labor exchange, and about 15% are those who are temporarily not working and not studying.

The number of young people in the labor force is sharply reduced (by 5-6 times). Young people prefer to work in the sphere of distribution and circulation.

The basic values of national culture associated with catholicity are changing, the values of Western culture are being strengthened, orienting young people towards individualism.

Problems of socialization of youth

A high degree of social and legal vulnerability of young people, lack of demand for their innovative potential;

There is a tendency to shrink the time frame of socialization, due to the need for early earnings. A teenage labor market has formed;

Political extremism and radicalism, fascistization of a certain part of low-income and poorly educated youth.

Value Orientations of Youth

Young people differ from the adult generation in that their value orientations have not yet been formed. It is characterized by value maximalism, susceptibility to outside influence.

The youth

  • Youth is a special social age group, distinguished by age limits and their status in society: the transition from childhood and youth to social responsibility. Some scholars understand youth as a set of young people whom society provides an opportunity to social development providing them with benefits, but limiting their ability to actively participate in certain areas of social life.
  • The problems faced by young people are related to the situation of young people in social structure characterized primarily by transience and instability. social processes that are happening in modern times only exacerbate these problems.
  • slide 3

    Factors affecting youth

    • Economic factors most of all influence the situation of young people. For the most part, young people are insufficiently provided financially, do not have their own housing, and are forced to rely on the financial assistance of their parents. The desire to get an education pushes back the beginning labor activity to a more mature age, and the lack of experience and knowledge hinders the receipt of highly paid positions. Youth wages are much lower than the average wages, extremely small and student scholarship.
    • If during periods of social stability these problems can generally be resolved or mitigated, then during a period of crisis they become much more complicated. In a situation of economic recession, the number of unemployed among the youth increases sharply, and it becomes increasingly difficult for young people to achieve a state of economic independence.
    • Spiritual factors are equally important. In modern times, the process of the loss of moral guidelines, the erosion of traditional norms and values, is intensifying. Youth as transitional and unstable social group most vulnerable to the negative trends of today. Thus, the values of labor, freedom, democracy, interethnic tolerance are gradually being leveled, and these “obsolete” values are being replaced by a consumer attitude towards the world, intolerance towards strangers, and herding. The protest charge characteristic of young people in times of crisis is distorted, acquiring cruel and aggressive forms. At the same time, there is an avalanche-like criminalization of young people, the number of young people with social deviations, such as alcoholism, drug addiction, and prostitution, is growing.
  • slide 4

    Actual problems of modern society

  • slide 5

    Information

    • Now a child, being born, is already surrounded by a massive information field, which one way or another becomes a kind of pressure that puts pressure on both psychology and social development baby.
    • We constantly hear about different goods, services, facts, stories, and not always positive and pleasant ones. Various talk shows, soap operas, senseless serials are now popular on every channel. And if you think about it, it will become scary that all day long your child is among the "dirt" and "muck". So are young people, by and large. Modern girls and boys are quite developed, smart and educated people. However, the majority have completely wrong views on history, economics, politics, and everything from the fact that the information field dictates its own terms and imposes its own rules.
  • slide 6

    Internet

    Television, radio and the press, however, are gradually fading into the background, giving way to a more powerful opponent. The World Wide Web, the Web, the Internet, the garbage can are all names for the same "collection" of information. Moreover, in some senses, the last name is fully justified. You just look at what is posted on the Internet. After all, one Wikipedia and social networks The Internet is not limited. By and large, you can find everything on the Internet, and not always useful. And no matter how much the government of any country struggles with the same, say, pornography, it is full. It fills the lion's share of the place and is available to everyone. And if you look at the younger generation, they are more likely to know what "sadism" is than the details of the Great Patriotic War. Of course, the Internet has its advantages, but there are many more disadvantages. The modern youth of Russia is “Americanized”, which means they are becoming stupid.

    Slide 7

    Policy

    • If parents can save the younger generation from the information and technological dependence, then it is hardly possible to protect oneself from the government, and hence the politics that dominates the country. Of course, in any country there are so-called "right" and "left", the main power and opposition. Along with them, the popular masses are also divided into "two fronts" of those who are "for" the existing situation and those who are "against". This is absolutely normal. But, nevertheless, there are enough shortcomings in the country that become a disaster for young promising people.
    • One of the main problems of almost all post-Soviet countries is the ability to listen to the people exclusively in front of television cameras and a cool audience. On all other days, needy young families (and not always in money) disappear due to the fact that the government only unsubscribes from them. And showing a clear unwillingness to help sort out the problem. And what are we going to do in this case? Cruelty, outrage? This is just a tiny fraction of what can happen when young people are "driven to the extreme." After all, it is known that many radical changes in history were provoked precisely by conscious youth.
    • The topic of politics is painful and unpleasant, but it should be covered, because it’s just sincerely a pity when you watch how the most magnificent “brains” go abroad or, worse, drink themselves from constant failures because of the selfishness of officials. You look at Western politics and compare them with ours. Only our politicians become generous during elections, and generous only with promises.
  • Slide 9

    Alcohol and drugs

    It is impossible to bypass past and drug addiction with alcoholism. No matter how hackneyed it sounds, but this is "the scourge of our time." And, if the beginning of the 20th century was a rapid development, then its end turned into a total disaster.

    And what can we say about the attitude of adults towards the younger ones, if teenagers take drugs and die in droves, then the older ones sell them, block those who sell and introduce them to the masses. Exactly like alcohol. But, it is worth drawing a parallel again and noting that people who profit from someone else's grief sometimes have worse grief themselves. And to endure youth in such a circle of temptation, so as not to succumb, is not realistic. And this situation can be cured only by work. Here, too, it is worth turning to life, mostly drug addicts are the children of once wealthy parents who have tried everything and switched to the “forbidden fruit”, moreover, they never had hobbies.

    But the problem is common and children are not divided into “us” and “them”. Apparently, the older generation is so mired in their problems that they stopped listening and hearing what the youth says. We can say that the problem of "fathers and children" has always been, but at the present time it has become especially acute, somewhere even critical.

    Slide 10

    Money

    • Returning to young families, I would also like to add that even if two people are ready to start a family, have the desire to do it, it is worth talking about another enemy of young families that breaks into almost everyone - lack of finance.
    • Someone will say that this is nonsense, because there is a mom and dad and they will always pay, give, do. But the fact that the creation and maintenance of a family is a matter of purely two, everyone forgets. With this alignment, the question arises, how to deal with it? The answer is simple - no way. If the older generation does not think about young families, does not start helping them, then they will collapse like a house of cards a couple of years after they were created. Yes, and here everything is simple: there is no money, the husband is trying to earn money, but of course he has no time for his wife and child, hence the discord, scandals, divorce. Or the second option, the husband devotes enough time, has two days off and comes home from work at 19.00, while immediately taking care of the child. Bottom line: there is no normal income, there is no support, and there are two ways out: forget about the family while earning money, or get a divorce and become a “Sunday” dad.
    • What about living conditions? Whatever were government programs, all of them are not perfect and not individual, and families cannot be the same. Now the fashionable word is "mortgage". And how many young couples has she killed? Banks are happy to hang hopelessness on fragile shoulders, and young people do not understand what to do and, of course, do not argue with financial sharks. And it just quietly bends in the hope that the bank with hellish conditions will go bankrupt. Well, you can't, where state protection why money plays the main role, and not the prospects and future of the country.
  • slide 11

    Assessing the various challenges faced by young people

  • slide 12

    Respondents were presented with a list of ten different problems and asked to rate the severity of each on a 5-point scale. Both adolescents and adults were not able to sufficiently differentiate the problems according to the severity and rated the severity of all the proposed problems very highly. Adolescents' ratings of the proposed problems ranged from 3.46 to 4.76, with smoking ranked fourth in severity with an average score of 3.99 on a 5-point scale.

    slide 13

    Youth Status

    Youth, on the one hand, is an unprotected group, which is rather a destabilizing force in society, and on the other hand, it is a generation on which the future of the country depends. Such a special status of youth gives rise to the need for an adequate youth policy that can solve or mitigate existing problems, as well as direct the creative potential of young people into a creative direction.

    Slide 14

    Youth policy

    Youth policy is a system of state priorities and measures aimed at creating conditions and opportunities for successful socialization and effective self-realization of young people.

    The youth policy system consists of 3 components:

    1. legal conditions for the implementation of youth policy (ie the relevant legal framework);
    2. forms of youth policy regulation;
    3. information and material and financial support of youth policy.

    The main directions of youth policy are:

    • youth involvement in public life, informing her about potential development opportunities;
    • development of creative activity of youth, support of talented youth;
    • integration of young people who find themselves in a difficult life situation into a full life.

    SPIRITUAL CRISIS OF HUMANITY

    I ask you to leave your antagonism and antipathy, hatred and racial contradictions and try to think in terms of one family, one Life and one humanity. Djual Khuul

    World Crisis Mankind is going through an acute crisis, and its karma weighs heavily on it. It is not easy for humanity, who is in close proximity to events, to see their true perspective, and I am writing to you specifically to facilitate your vision. A wider vision and a wider horizon can make it easier to understand, and it would be helpful for you if I could help you see the events as we, the Masters on the inside, see them in relation to their background.

    The Hierarchy notes two circumstances of extreme importance as it observes how humanity is living through the present extraordinary struggle. The first of these is that today humanity in its mass is aware that what is happening is a consequence of its own behavior and its own mistakes. People either feel responsible for what is happening, or openly and consciously place responsibility on other people's shoulders. The Treaty of Versailles is but a symbol and practical focal point of these endless age-old mistakes. The second circumstance is that, despite war and division, despite rampant cruelty, passion and selfishness, there is more true understanding, goodwill and loving willingness to help today than at any other period of human history. I say this consciously, because I have the corresponding hierarchical knowledge. So don't let the outward glamor of war fool you.

    THE PROMISES AND DANGERS OF A SPIRITUAL CRISIS The Chinese pictogram symbolizing a crisis perfectly captures the idea of a spiritual crisis. It consists of two basic signs, or radicals, one of which means "danger" and the other "opportunity". Thus, while going through this kind of state is often difficult and frightening, it has tremendous evolutionary and healing potential. Properly understood and considered as a difficult stage of natural development, a spiritual crisis can lead to spontaneous healing of various emotional and psychosomatic disorders, to favorable personality changes, to the resolution of important life problems and towards evolution towards what is sometimes called "higher consciousness".

    Because of the dangers involved, as well as the positive potential of these states, people experiencing a spiritual crisis need expert guidance from those who have personal and professional experience unusual states of consciousness and knows how to work with them and how to support a person in these situations. The diagnosis of pathology in such people and the irresponsible use of various suppressive measures against them, including drug control of symptoms, can significantly interfere with the realization of the positive potential of the process taking place in them. The long-term dependence on tranquilizers with their well-known side effects, the loss of vitality and the compromised lifestyle that result from traditional treatment are a sad contrast to those rare cases when a person's transformational crisis is supported and understood and can reach its end without interference. Therefore, the importance of properly understanding the spiritual crisis and developing comprehensive and effective approaches to its treatment and adequate support systems cannot be overemphasized.

    INTERNAL CHARTS OF SPIRITUAL CRISIS The spectrum of experience in a state of spiritual crisis is extremely wide: it includes intense emotions, visions and other perceptual changes and unusual thought processes, as well as various somatic symptoms - from trembling to a feeling of suffocation. However, we have established that the content of these experiences seems to fall into three main categories. The first group includes experiences closely related to the life history of the individual - this is a biographical category. Experiences belonging to the second category focus on the problems of death and rebirth; because of the close relationship with the trauma of biological birth, this category was called perinatal. The experiences of the third category go far beyond ordinary human experience and are closely related to Jung's collective unconscious; we call these experiences "transpersonal" because they involve motifs and images that originate outside the individual's life history.

    The biographical aspects of a spiritual crisis include the reliving and healing of traumatic life history events. Critical childhood situations such as physical or sexual abuse, the loss of a parent or loved one, close contact with death, illness or surgery, and other dramatic events can sometimes play an important role in a transformation crisis. This area has been studied and described in detail by "biographically" oriented psychotherapists and therefore will not be discussed further.

    Modern man is strongly influenced by the scientific paradigm, which has embodied in the form of an analytical and rational mind. We perceive this world, other people, things and nature in terms of ideas, concepts, or some mixture of concepts-representations, or in terms of images formed in the mind based on significant events of our past experience. Therefore, any change that occurs in us mainly manifests itself at the level of our concepts, ideas, beliefs and mental attitudes.

    Thank you for your attention Completed by Family T.
