How to understand your path in life. How to choose a life path and not make a mistake

The man woke up in the forest. And I realized that I was lost.

He had suspected something like this before, but the Voice inside said: “ Relax man, it's okay!«

He burst into tears in despair, but he realized that this would not help the cause.

And then by chance his gaze fell on a tree and the man suddenly realized that to see beyond the forest he must rise above the forest with the help of the tallest tree.

And from the height of this tree, a man finally saw his Way.

In order not to stray in life and to know our Path, we also need such a “high tree”. What is this tree? I will tell you about this in my article.

We know where we're going, we're just lying to ourselves!

Usually, when ignorant people advise you to choose your Path (to find your destiny), they say something like: “ Remember what you loved to do as a child, what were you fond of, what could you do for hours?»

Despite the fact that such a "one-move" in no way guarantees finding one's own Path, there is a drop of truth here. It lies in the fact that in childhood the child’s brains have not yet been clogged with attitudes about the need to find a “normal job” and “live like normal people live”, he can dream and is more free to communicate with his unconscious. This means that he can feel his Way, but is not yet able to comprehend it rationally.

Having matured and started his movement in social life a person subconsciously, in the depths of his soul, strives to get to a place where he will be maximally realized in accordance with his inner nature. This place (let's call it " point of self-realization“) is characterized by a state of increased productivity and pleasure. In various sources, it is known as the “state of flow” (Csikszentmihalyi), “satori” (in Buddhism), “action in non-action” (Bhagavad Gita).

What is important here is that in this state a person VERY HAPPY from what he does and what he aspires to. He acts with enthusiasm, and enthusiasm is the best means of purifying karma (for those who care about it) or, in other words, improving one's inner state and the outer side of life in general.

So, if a person really knows where to go, then why can't he go there? Why does a person think that he does not know where his Path is? Or knows, but does not follow it. The answer is simple: it is a lie to itself. Man lies to himself in order to justify the choice in favor of social "normality" and his own ignorance in general.

« First failure«

You can talk for a long time about inferiority and injustice social order, but we can safely say one thing - the society as such, at least, is not interested in the fact that a person fully realizes himself and moves along his own Path. The society is interested in a person being realized as a “normal member of society”, having mastered the relevant cultural norms, the observance of which is strictly monitored inner Taskmaster.

All this leads to the fact that a person, subconsciously striving for a point of self-realization, faces various barriers - social, educational, material, etc. ). But the main barrier is ignorance about one's Path: a person does not know who he really is and where he should go.

It's happening here "first failure"- when a person fails to come to " point of self-realization» he begins to move towards NOT-his goal, not his activity (let's call it social goal-I). Having achieved a social goal-I, a person may not experience strong passion or happiness there (or experience false ones), but in general, everything is fine with him: he can buy a car, take a mortgage, purchase household appliances, go on vacation and not be very tired at work. There is satisfaction from the fact that material well-being has been achieved or social status, but there is no enthusiasm and pleasure that a person inwardly craves. There is no harmony in the soul.

People who have reached social purpose-I in general, they are satisfied with their work, but they are not able to achieve any significant creative results in it, they are not able to be fanatically devoted to their work (like Henry Ford, who assembled his first car in a barn) and get real pleasure from it. If they do, they will most likely stop doing it.

« Second failure« and downward spiral

If a person fails to achieve social purpose-I(due to social, educational, financial, internal or other barriers), or for external reasons, he was outside this state (the global crisis destroyed jobs in the industry or dramatically increased qualification requirements), then it proceeds to reach social purpose-II- for example, he takes an uninteresting job for the sake of earning money. Here he is unhappy and dissatisfied with his job, his education, and his whole life in general.

Because the feeling of inner betrayal(betrayal of oneself and one's Path) intensifies, then a person begins to get tired faster, exhausted faster, lose control over his life faster and get sick more. The inner emptiness grows. Feeling unhappy and not realizing the true causes of his unhappiness, a person begins to turn to sources of external support - these can be clubs, sects, alcohol and other drugs.

In the future, a person may lose this goal and slide even further - to complete depression and desocialization (you can regularly observe such characters near liquor stores and at train stations). These people deserve not condemnation, but mercy and compassion. Most are “lucky” and happily retire to finally “rest”. Retirement is a very cool indicator showing that a person with self-realization is not very good. If a person has his own Way, then pensions for him DOES NOT EXIST ! He goes on his Path until the death of the physical body.

Now, knowing this whole scheme (self-realization - full socialization - partial socialization - desocialization), you can determine your place on it, understand where and in what direction you are moving (or slipping). And knowing your exact location "on the map" gives you a powerful opportunity to choose a new point to move. Ready?

6 things

In order to move to point of self-realization There are 6 things a person should know about himself.

Who am I and what is my place in life– we are talking about the realization of one’s truly spiritual nature and one’s function (in the Vedas brought to India by the Aryans, they are called “varnas”, the main functions are 4) in the human system: if a person was born with a craving for truth and knowledge of the world, he becomes a Brahmin (or sorcerer); if with a craving for power and a fair order, then a kshatriya (or knight); if a person has a craving for wealth, prosperity and material well-being - he is a vaishya (or weighing); if a person does not particularly aspire to anywhere and only wants to do his job and get enough money to live on, he is a hard worker, a sudra (or a smerd).

What is my mission(or destiny, what is predetermined, predestined before the birth of the physical body on a spiritual level) is the answer to the question “why did I come into this world” or “what do I live for”; as a rule, this is a rather abstract idea, expressed by a certain verb - to help, contribute, create, etc. And here the maximum accuracy of the wording is important, otherwise there are vacillations.

What is my purpose in life– what is the most important result in my life (or even beyond) I want to achieve, why and for whom; as a rule, such a goal is so grandiose that it becomes the equivalent human life. And as soon as a person has such a Goal, he immediately has a Way.

My values– in other words, what exactly, what ideas, principles I am guided by in life. And these values should be their own, not borrowed (that is, they should not be the values of cultural or religious systems).

My talents- these are the abilities and skills of a person, that is, what turns out to be done very well, naturally, as if by itself.

Personal characteristics- these are desires, interests, genetic inclinations, personal qualities and traits

All these things (elements) must be coordinated with each other, otherwise it will turn out " swan, crayfish and pike» in the unconscious - different motivations will conflict and pull in different directions.

For example, someone LOVES to play with children very much, but he does not last long and he does not have the talent to invent games, holidays and be very attentive.

And at the same time, a person has a completely conscious goal - to teach people how to eat right.

It is clear that if such a person chooses a profession for himself child educator(babysitter), then he will either not be able to be realized or will fail.

Or a person who loves everything new, has the talent to intuitively find simple solutions who wants to change the world, chooses to work as a marketer in large corporation. It is obvious that he will not be happy and will not be able to realize himself (this is beautifully shown in the film " 99 francs«).

It is even worse when a person does not know who he is, what is his place in life, what is his mission, what is his Purpose, his true talents, values, personal qualities.

Such a person will be like a billiard ball - all the time hitting the walls and never hitting the hole

Well, as a result, life will not be lived as well as we would like, meaningless.

When all these elements are brought together, it becomes clear to a person how to realize himself, which is his "life's work", i.e. professional occupation that corresponds to his Mission, Goal, function (varna), inner nature, talents, values, interests.

As a result, a person receives a complete picture, where there is an understanding of himself and his place in life, his mission (or purpose) and his Big goal along the Path to which he self-realizes in his life's work.

This is the foundation on which a person builds his building of life.

Practice Finding Your Path

It is intuitively clear that our Path is programmed (predetermined) even before our birth. But if you try to ask yourself the question of what exactly it is, then most likely we will get something abstract in response. For example, something like "help people be happy" or "teach people to be strong" or "show the world what harmony looks like." Such an answer is valuable, but not in itself, but in combination with other elements of our system - talents, abilities, inclinations, our varna (i.e., function in the human system).

I described this situation as follows - imagine that you have a single leader (God, Tao, Absolute Truth, Supreme Intelligence, etc.), who sits very, very high and determines the strategic goals, the truth of which you feel intuitively, but unable to rationalize.

And this leader sets, for example, the following task for you - to help the children of the whole world learn to enjoy life more (this is the feeling of mission, destiny). And how to carry it out - decide for yourself, this is your responsibility.

If you are serious about the task entrusted to you, then go out to set a Big and Worthy Goal. For example, such a Goal could be to come up with real children's holidays (according to creator of TRIZ and TRTL Heinrich Altshuller purely children's holiday with all its special attributes, humanity has not yet created it). The development of a methodology (technology) for generating such holidays is your Way, your “life work”.

Naturally, such a Goal must be consistent with the rest of the elements of the system - with your nature, talents, desires, interests. But I hope you get the general gist.

« One-move« or system?

Now the "market" of searching for one's vocation/destiny is dominated by techniques, exercises that can be called "one-move moves".

Here are some examples of typical "one-move":

  • Analyze 100 goals and choose yours
  • Imagine that you have 1 year left to live, six months ..
  • Imagine that you have $1000000-10.000.000 - what will you do
  • What did you like to do as a child, what did you like to play
  • If you had everything necessary resources, then what book would you like to be the author of (other than an autobiography)?
  • Listen to yourself, to your reactions to the world, to your emotions, to your heart and soul.

"One-move" by itself is not evil. Another thing is that they are of little use. This can be compared to the following example: imagine that you need to clean a huge window clean. You take a small piece of cotton wool and begin to vigorously rub the dirt. After 5 minutes, a piece of cotton wool becomes unusable and you take the next, and the next, and the next .. And so exactly until the moment when you do not have completely clean pieces - only used ones will be. You cleared some part of the window, but the rest of the space remains unclean.

This is how one-move moves work - they solve the problem very, very slowly and with minimal effect. Don't believe? Try a weak file to saw through a cast-iron pipe a meter thick.

The system works differently. A feature of the system is that the elements included in it do not just interact, but by their interaction generate a new system property. Let's say we take 100 liters of water, a long hose, a motor, something else. Each of these elements individually will not help us clean the window, but by combining them into a system, we create a powerful stream that will deal with unclean places in 5 minutes. The analogy is crude but understandable.

Practicing "one-move" you become a person who wanders in the fog - take a step, the fog does not change, take another step, the fog still continues to surround you, take the third step and run into the fog again. And then the circle starts. Theoretically, you can get out of the fog in this way, but I think no one can give an accurate forecast - when exactly this will happen.

The system is movement THROUGH the fog. Yes, he is, he does not disappear anywhere, but ahead you see the LIGHTHOUSE. Or a guiding star. And you are moving. Because you know WHERE move and HOW EXACTLY move (to make it more interesting, safer, and faster).

By acting on the system, you not only find out what you need to do to lead a happy, exciting, harmonious, interesting life in complete harmony with yourself and the world - a life in which there will be a Path and a Big Purpose, a life that you will be proud of. You will also see very clearly in which area of activity you can achieve outstanding results, because this area is fully consistent with your mission, your inner nature, talents, values and personal characteristics.

When to make a choice?

It is never too late to find your path and move along it. Even if you are 70 years old and you have decided that life has already been lived. Another thing is that the earlier you start, the more time you will have and the more fruitful, interesting and richer you will live your life.

When Roald Amundsen set himself the goal of becoming a polar explorer (and achieving South Pole) he was 15 years old and he was not suitable for the “storming of Antarctica”. Therefore, he began to go in for skiing, slept with open windows, etc. At the age of 70, it would have been much more difficult for him to do this.

Nicholas Roerich, thanks to a chance (“miracle”), he became interested in the topic of antiquity at the age of 9 thanks to his acquaintance with the archaeologist Ivanovsky. In fact, this determined the entire further life Path of this undoubtedly outstanding person (“he already came to the Academy of Arts with his internally conscious theme related to archeology and history Ancient Rus'"). Sure, he could have done it at 70, but...

And many more such examples could be cited. Their essence is the same, the sooner you start, the more you will achieve. Therefore, if you are faced with the dilemma “start your Path now or wait a little”, then understand that there is REALLY NO dilemma. There is only an unconscious fear of the new (ignorance) and the actions of the Taskmaster, forbidding to leave the comfort zone. If you really want to self-actualize, find your own Path and engage in the "work of life", which will make you free and happy man then you can only have one solution.

Do you want to know WHAT EXACTLY needs to be done in your individual case to find your life Path, to create and realize your life's work, which will bring you pleasure, recognition and profit? Then

Movement is life itself. At the same time, many people dream of change, but are afraid: to lose the stability they have earned over the years, to look ridiculous in the eyes of their relatives, the unknown. Are you living with the idea of a reboot? Are you minding your own business? Do you think it's too late to change at your age? There is no deadline for happiness, experts say, it does not depend on a sign from above, but on character. If you don't consider yourself a daredevil, well. You can build your way of life slowly, without sharp turns.

It seems that dissatisfaction with life can be experienced by people who have "something wrong." If the career is in order, there is a family, a house and a vacation at sea, then there is simply nothing to complain about. But successful and mature people decide to change. After all, it doesn’t always cover exactly at 40. It can begin much earlier or much later: both at 30 and at 50 years old.

Here is a small selection of ways to reshape your own life. True, there is one small “but”: these methods are more suitable for reasonable, thoughtful people, those who are not used to drastically changing their being.

Audit of life: no one is in a hurry

And life is a journey, and along the way it is necessary to make a halt. There is such a thing as a life audit. This is a way to take everything out of life, carefully sort out and return only what is needed. And then the most interesting will begin - replenishment of stocks of happiness. After all, the place for him has already been vacated. An audit is useful when everything seems to be there, but something is missing.

A psychologist can help you with this. But if a trip to it is not included in your plans, we will get out on our own. Here are 2 ways.

Exercise 1. Map your life

To understand how you distribute energy, you can draw a map of life. This method is used by psychologists to communicate with children, but adults can also play a little. To do this, take a piece of paper and 10 colored pencils.

Write a list of 10 items (their number and names can be adjusted):

  • What's around me
  • Who is around me
  • Impression
  • Health and sports
  • Family and Children
  • Work and money
  • Hobbies and development
  • Why do I live
  • The joy of life
  • My own boss

Next to each item, put a number so that they add up to 100.

Turn the sheet over and start painting over, respecting the proportions. The area of each color will show how much space each item occupies in life. For example, if you put the number 10 opposite the “joy of life” item, take a pencil and paint over a tenth of the sheet. What? Decide for yourself. Then it will be possible to conjure a little.

What will it give?

  1. The area of each shade: a clear picture of your condition - what is too much in life, and what is not enough.
  2. Selected color: your attitude to every area of life - bright colors indicate joy, while dark ones suggest discontent.
  3. The location of each: in the upper left corner are important to you, in the lower right - those that you do not pay attention to at all.

Tip: To get started, just analyze your map. Do not compare it with other drawings or adjust to others. The path will be yours alone. When analyzing shades, it is better to rely on your own associations. For example, red is considered the color of aggression. But if it causes you positive emotions, it is worth listening to the inner voice.

Exercise 2. List of your own desires

Sometimes we think that daily worries prevent us from moving on to the fulfillment of desires. We have many desires, but we do not dare to voice them even in private. Want to check it out?

Take a piece of paper, a pen and a timer.

On one side, write the word "must". Set a timer for 2 minutes and continuously write a to-do list.

On the other side, write the word "I want." Take 2 minutes and, without hesitation, write down all your desires.

What will it give? concentration on own desires. Of course, everyone gets their own result, but there are also statistics: many write the first list confidently and quickly, while on the wish list they stumble already at the fifth or seventh point and hardly wait for the end of the allotted time.

Tip: Try giving your wish list some extra attention. To do this, you can hang the leaflet in a conspicuous place and replenish it with items that come to mind at any time: from the desire to bake an intricate dessert to buying a summer house on the seashore.

Reprogramming habits with brain tricks

Coaches know that it takes 21 days to develop a habit, but it takes several months for it to become a part of life. This long process causes the brain to look for different excuses to avoid such a tedious process of re-tubing. A few tricks will help to outwit him.

1. Action first, thinking later

To become a pleasant person in communication, you do not need to program yourself for this for 2 months. You can start smiling at people in a friendly way, give up your seat, hold doors open, and greet your neighbors. If you want to learn to empathize, sign up for a volunteer organization, get a job at a hospice, or visit an animal shelter.

2. Dive into your fears in no man's land

3. Don't waste energy judging yourself.

Often we torture ourselves with nit-picking that we ourselves have come up with. We reproach ourselves for not foreseeing, not seeing, not predicting, not saying (or saying out of place). These internal disputes are voracious energy eaters. Try to track one of these, mentally speak to the end, close the imaginary door (cross out with a black marker) and never return to it. After that, move on to the next one.

4. Don't waste energy judging others

The way we talk about others says more about ourselves. Especially if we judge people in absentia. Judgment of others makes your face angry and poisons your life, even if against someone else's background you seem better to yourself. Try to ignore other people's failures or mistakes, even if they insistently ask for your opinion. See how much good energy will remain in your soul.

5. Come up with a better version of yourself

Do not immediately try to endow your new "I" with ideal features. Just try to dream like little kids. Imagine your improved self in 5 years and invite you to a tea party. Sit together at the table, see how you look, what you drink, what you eat, how you talk. Do you like this person? What can you start doing right now? What should be given up? Turn this process into an exciting game. Gradually you will start behaving like him.

6. Love caviar and champagne

A little story for the mood: one day a young artist came to Picasso. He wanted to become as famous and asked the Master what he should do. It was ready to give up all the joys of life in order to become just as successful. To which Picasso replied: “Love caviar and champagne. Only then will you know what is worth creating for.”

What other methods will help you understand, shake yourself up and define life? Journaling, morning rituals, visualization, meditation, yoga, creativity. It is important not to dwell on the process of self-knowledge itself, turn on the imagination at full capacity and try, try.

Hello,

Once upon a time there was a man who always complained about life.

And to everyone who was close to him, he showed his discontent and blamed the unfair fate.

And then one day he was walking along a path in the field. And the wise man slowly walked towards him. Having caught up, the man began to complain to the sage: “Life is so complicated… there are only problems all around… people are bad… the king doesn’t know how to lead… there is nothing good anywhere…”.

The sage raised his eyes.

There was a fence nearby. The fence was strong, but low, so behind it a cow was very clearly visible, chewing grass.

Why is the cow looking over the fence? - said the sage.

The man was surprised: - I don't know, - he answered.

Think about it. Why is the cow looking over the fence? repeated the sage. The complainant was silent.

Because nothing can be seen through the fence. - Said the sage and went on.

What does this phrase mean? What does this story have to do with finding your path in life?

We'll come back to this later. Until then, let's go to the other side.

Usually people consider it almost a feat to do something that is unusual for their nature. This is the beginning of selfishness, which says within us: You can be whoever you want in any area of life ". That's what selfishness is. Selfishness means self-will.

  • More about selfishness -

"Any cook can run the state". Remember this phrase attributed to Lenin?

Each person has his own nature. In the most general case, there is the nature of a man, there is a nature of a woman. There is the nature of the leader, there is the nature of the teacher. There is the nature of the businessman, there is the nature associated with physical activity. These are different natures.

And my way - it is always within the framework of the nature that I given. Mine, not someone else's.

Search within yourself

That's why first what should be understood when thinking how to find your path in life - you need to look for your path inside yourself, not outside. The outward look is the look of envy when I compare myself to other people. How successful they are... And I want to imitate them. This is how a person loses himself.

Nature is given to man from the very beginning. She may not have woken up. And so many people ask how to find your way in life. And most people, unfortunately, just do not wake up. Their nature has not been revealed.

Judging by the body - a man, but there is no male nature. The body is female, but nature is not manifested. This is just a corporeal shell, in which there is no corresponding content. Like an empty glass. It can be any externally beautiful glass, but if you want to drink, why do you need it?

When you and I are thirsty, we are not very interested in the glass. We are interested in what is in it.

A woman, a man, a leader, a teacher - different natures. You need to search within yourself. This is first.

Connection with the higher principle

Second. Nature comes from a higher source. Everyone is given a certain path in this world. Here we are all connected with the higher. Therefore, if in a person's life there is no experience of openness to higher leadership, trust in him, it will be very difficult for him to find his way in life and find himself. If there is no connection.

In the most general case, it will be difficult for a person who is far from spiritual practice to understand who I really am and what I should do.

  • Read

So, the first thing is to look within yourself. The second is to seek in these higher relationships. It is in this connection that nature manifests itself.

➨ First. Try different activities. 'Cause when we try, explore different areas, we begin to feel where is closer, where is ours.

➨ Second. If a person is not in harmony with himself, his emotions… If he does not know how to feel and understand his needs, then it will be difficult for him to find himself. Even if he will do everything that was written before.

Convoluted psychological scenarios distort the ability to recognize something. To understand yourself, you need to work out some of your emotional blocks-problems.

➨ Third. Communicate with other people and consult with them. Because sometimes it is easier for another person to understand us than it is for us to understand ourselves.

Now let's remember the story of the wise man and the cow.

In fact, just above, we have already revealed its meaning. Noticed?

If a person always pays attention only to problems ...

If he keeps discussing why everything is the way it is and not otherwise...

If he rests his eyes on the thick fence of his (albeit imposed, but accepted as his own) negative beliefs ...

Such a person is unlikely to understand how to find his way in life.

Remember the example of the consciousness of the fly and the bee? The fly picks at the negative and lives in it all its life. Tastes everything that is bad, and is attached to it. And when there are only problems around, tell me, is there really time to think about really important things? Once - you need to suffer. More about the consciousness of a fly and the consciousness of a bee -.

How to avoid difficulties along the way

The cow knows exactly how to find her way in life. And you?)

Eastern treatises say that most people do not learn anything. They suffer all their lives, doing the same wrong things and getting reactions for it.

Few people think about why certain events come into their lives. Thinking about it, some people gain some experience and gradually change their lives. This is called "learning from your mistakes".

But there are other people as well. True, there are very few of them. They are always learning. Because they accept life as a loving leader whose guidance is unerring. Thanks to this, they avoid many problematic situations and move extremely quickly along the path of personal growth.

There is a lesson to be learned from everything. Think about what this or that situation teaches me. This is the real answer to the question of how to find your way in life. When everything that happens around, it is better to accept your teachers. Even the cow, which as if by accident looks over the fence.

How do you feel about it?

Question from Dima:

How to find your path in life?

Answered by Tatyana Farafonova, psychologist

The question "How to find your way in life" worries people who are dissatisfied with life. A person who follows the path in which he does his own thing is happy and self-confident. Unconsciously, a person strives to get to where he realizes the potential corresponding to his nature.

In life, something does not go the way you want, otherwise this question would not bother you.

Often people live according to the principle “necessary”, and not according to the principle “I want”. And even if they want, they don't get what they want. It also happens that a person does not know what he wants, he just experiences internal discomfort and dissatisfaction.

Some people do not even think about why certain events happen in their lives, and go with the flow. Others think, act, make mistakes and learn from them. There are people who learn from those who know who got the result, embarked on their own path and go through life with pleasure.

Is it possible to find your way without mistakes and disappointments? Can.

Mistakes that people make

Non-systemic psychology invites a person to try himself in different types activities to understand what he needs. What activity fills it, and what does not fill it or even empties it. You can try all your life and so understand nothing and go further and further from your destiny.

System-vector psychology shows clear and precise guidelines, a person follows them and chooses his own path, experiences joy and pleasure. There is an opinion that all people need the same thing for happiness, and everyone can achieve everything that absolutely all the people around him can achieve. This is a common mistake. Why? Learn from System-Vector Psychology Yuri Burlan.

Innate natural desires are provided to achieve the desired by all properties, talents and abilities. If you look closely at people, watch them, you can reveal: what is stress for one person, for another - the path along which he goes easily and naturally.

It's all about vectors. A person from birth has from one or two to eight vectors. The average person has 4-5 of them. The vector is desire. Desire is served by thought, and thought by action. This means that every thought that arises in a person’s head appears to satisfy desires. Every action that a person performs is aimed at satisfying the desired.

Man lives according to the principle of pleasure. Everyone wants happiness and avoids suffering by all means. Happiness is different for everyone and is connected with the satisfaction of desires. And what is good for one person may be bad for another. Your path in life is everything that corresponds to the nature of man, only his nature and no one else.

Example:

Man with skin vector is a lover of change. Its natural task is to change the surrounding reality: engineering, lawmaking, business. Skin people are born leaders and organizers, flexible, easily adapt to change.

The value of a person with an anal vector is children and women, family. He also passes on experience and knowledge to the next generations. Nature endowed anal people with such qualities as reliability, stability, the ability to bring things to the end, they are slow, diligent and meticulous in details, perfectionists. Thanks to these qualities, they become professionals in their field, a reliable support for their family.

Now let's imagine for a moment that two people, anal and dermal, have swapped places. The internal properties of their vectors remained the same, because they are innate and do not change during life.

A person with an anal vector is not flexible, but straightforward, cannot quickly adapt to change. He does not know how to organize the work process, where everyone is busy with work. Speeds, limits, restrictions will knock him out of his usual rut and all he will earn is a heart attack, cardiac arrhythmia or a stomach ulcer.

Let's put a tanner at the machine or instruct him to protect the house and family, forgetting about getting money. We will oblige him to teach teenage boys some craft. Activities that require perseverance and attention to detail will be stressful for him. Unrealized energy will begin to boil inside and result in a skin disease. He will begin to bodily itch from the monotony and routine.

Not knowing the reasons why different people engage in certain activities leads to the fact that they look at each other, compare themselves with completely opposite people in properties and make a mistake that is costly. Threaten to lose himself. People turn off their intended path and remain miserable.

Everyone has their own tasks. For example, a person with a sound vector wants something that is not connected with the material world. It is not filled with simple earthly joys. A sound engineer may have everything that is needed in the material world, but he will still be missing something.

He is looking for the meaning of life. Looking for answers to the question: who am I, where did I come from and where am I going? — spiritual path. His path is self-knowledge. And if he does not fulfill his task, then he suffers a lot, feels the meaninglessness of life. For all other people, the desires of the sound engineer remain incomprehensible, and he himself seems strange, out of this world.

Men and women have different tasks

People differ from each other not only in vector features, but are also divided into male and female. For men and women, the vectors can be the same, but the tasks are different. The man has a specific role. Kozhnik is a hunter-alimentator. The task of a man with an anal vector is to transfer knowledge and skills to teenage boys. The urethral is the leader responsible for the survival of the entire pack. Muscle is a warrior. People with upper vectors also have natural tasks.

The role of a woman in nature is the birth and upbringing of children. The task of a man is to provide women and children with everything necessary, to secure their lives, to provide alimony, to provide conditions for life and growth.

All women want to give birth, but in nature there are 5% of women who do not give birth. They, like men, have a specific role. The skin-visual woman in ancient times, at the dawn of mankind, was the day guard of the pack.

Today, a skin-visual woman walks alongside a man along the roads of war. Becomes a field doctor or nurse. She fights alongside men, defending her fatherland. She goes into business, science, builds a career, protects the law, becomes an educator and teacher of language and literature.

She does not have a natural maternal instinct, even if she gives birth to children. Career and art for her comes first. For this reason, a woman experiences discomfort when she is with a child on maternity leave. And only an understanding of her natural properties and tasks helps her to gain peace of mind and comfort.

It also happens that a person has several vectors, mixing can be all kinds, there are 255 of them in total. Complementary vectors complement each other's properties. Contrary -, conflict with each other, contradict each other.

Having understood this issue, you can act and satisfy the desires of your vectors. When all the elements of a system called a person come together, it becomes clear in which direction to move. Thanks to the System-Vector Psychology of Yuri Burlan, all properties can be coordinated with each other, otherwise they will pull a person in different directions. As in Krylov's fable "Swan, Cancer and Pike".

How to see your path and remove obstacles that interfere with movement

The first obstacle due to which a person is not on his way is ignorance of his nature, given properties and true desires. It happens that a person is already on his own path, but something interferes with him, obstacles arise, he does not feel satisfaction in life. The second obstacle is psychological trauma, complexes that cause painful feelings, resentment, fears. A person gets sick more often, he does not have the strength to achieve what he wants, he is quickly exhausted, he feels inner emptiness.

All obstacles go away in the process of psychotherapy at the training. Anchors hung by other people are removed. Negative experiences traumatizing the psyche acquired in childhood or in the process of life and relationships with other people are being worked out. A person is freed from inner tension.

A person learns what he needs, realizes his potential in society, stops wandering in the dark, adopting other people's desires and is able to solve the problem that life sets before him. Yuri Burlan's system-vector psychology is a navigator that helps a person take the path intended only for him alone and no one else. Having realized the properties in society, a person finds true happiness.

The man stops looking over the neighbor's fence. Grass turns green in your garden. Life takes on meaning. The love of life becomes limitless. When a person has embarked on his own path in life, follows his own path, solves his problem, the whole world helps in this. As a result of studying the Systemic Vector Psychology of Yuri Burlan, a person receives a complete picture of life, reflecting a complete understanding of himself and his path.

Life is too short to do things you don't like, sleep with a girl you don't like, and do things you don't love. Everyone wants to find their purpose in life, realize opportunities and fulfill their innermost dreams.

In youth, we chose the place of study, work, in life, almost at random. We were advised by friends, parents or led by fate. But often we made the wrong choice, the results of which we reap 10 or more years later.

If you are unhappy, then you are definitely not going where you want and what you deserve. You can get excellent results and become happy only when you have found your true path. But it's not that easy.

1. Draw the life of your dreams

What should your dream life look like? Make a list of 20-30 items that highlight key points. What do you want to do, how to live and what to do? This list includes all desires: material, physical, psychological, spiritual. This is the initial sketch of your dream life.

2. Make a list of things that don't appeal to you at all.

What do you definitely not want to do, how to look and what to surround? This may be your life today, in which unloved and low-paid work, gray life and the absence of the second half. This is what you definitely do not want to have in a year or two, if you have it now. It's time to get out of the hole!

3. Find the most important points

Choose from the entire list of 8-10 most important things and mark them with a separate marker. What are your dreams? To what extent are dreams achievable and really desirable? Are they yours, and not just stereotyped desires only to have a lot of money?

4. Make plans

Now proceed to the analysis and drawing up plans for the future life. How to achieve these 10 most important points and what needs to be done to achieve this? How do you spend your free time? What should you do today, tomorrow? Make a plan for the coming months and even years.

5. Take at least one step every day

Do your actions make you closer to your dreams and goals, or maybe they just delay this time? All your actions go to plus or minus dreams. When you clearly know what you want, opportunities appear. Take at least one step forward each day. This is the minimum program. But it's better to do two or three. You don't want to die before you're happy, do you?

When you find your way, you have no further doubts. Everything becomes clear, easy and understandable. Life is filled with meaning, and a smile appears on the face. On “your” path, everything always turns out easier, and you seem to soar.

Life is short not to find your way, vocation and destiny...
