  • preparation for the implementation of the SAUT;
  • performance of work on the SUT, including the implementation of instrumental measurements, laboratory research, compilation of attestation cards;
  • preparation of reporting documentation on the basis of the work carried out.

That is, the preparation of reporting documentation is carried out by specialists, and is agreed and approved by the management of the organization in which the SOUT was carried out.

How to use reporting documents at work

Upon completion of certification, it is necessary to competently approach the use of reporting documents.

SOUT attestation cards are a kind of workplace passports that contain all the information about the state of safety, the frequency of medical examinations, the presence or excess of indicators of harmful factors, what benefits are due when working at a given place.

For example, in order to direct an employee to and correctly indicate harmful or dangerous factors, it is enough to open an attestation card, and not use an order for medical examinations. In order to provide for the calculation of additional payments for work during harmful conditions, it is worth looking at only the first sheets of the workplace map.

As part of the certification card, there is also a protocol on injury hazard for a given workplace, while indicating solutions to eliminate such a hazard. Based on this information, a plan is prepared to improve working conditions, which is agreed upon and signed by the management and members of the commission of the organization in which the SOUT was carried out.

Use of documents based on the results of the SOUT

These activities must be completed, but the deadlines are determined by the head. Short deadlines are set for what needs to be done immediately, and if the event is costly or requires mental work, then more time is allotted for it. It must be remembered that the next SOUT check should be after 5 years, while the comments of the previous one should be completely eliminated.

A summary sheet is being prepared in order to analyze which ones were newly added and which ones are gone. On this basis, it is possible to prepare new lists of jobs that are subject to the SAUT.

If, according to the results of the SOUT, the workplace does not meet the requirements of labor protection, then it must be eliminated or measures should be taken to bring it up to regulatory requirements.

The results are valid for five years until the next certification, but do not forget that when new places appear, the latter must be certified within a year, and if the workplace is modernized, then it must be re-certified within six months.

After assessing the working conditions of workplaces, maps are drawn up. These documents are made available to employees under signature. If the latter do not agree with the results of the assessment, they can sign “disagree”, after which a commission is created to clarify the reasons.
