Replacement of nozzles, as well as change, twisting of backgrounds is carried out by the administrator at the request of the tenant. In case of damage to equipment, scenery and other property of the studio due to the fault of the tenant (or other persons who came with the tenant), the tenant will be charged the cost of the damaged property according to the price list.

Staying in the photo studio is allowed only in changeable shoes. If you do not have your own change of shoes, slippers can be borrowed from the administrator.

After the end of photography, the tenant is obliged to clean up and remove from the hall the garbage formed during the shooting and other objects that interfere with further photography in the hall. Otherwise, the tenant is obliged to make an additional payment of 300 rubles for cleaning the hall.

The beginning of the rental is considered the booked time, and not the time of the actual appearance of the tenant in the studio. The hall must be vacated 5 minutes before the end of the last hour. In case of early completion of the shooting, the booked time is paid in full. If for any reason you delay visitors following you, be prepared for monetary compensation in their favor.

If the studio is free after the reserved time, you can extend the shooting time by paying additional rent after the time spent in the studio.

When renting a studio, a prepayment of 50% is required. The deadline for prepayment is within 3 days from the date of booking by any of the available methods (phone call, group in vkontakte.ru). If within 3 days the client has not received an advance payment, then we notify him of the possibility of canceling the reservation. If the contact phone of the tenant does not answer, we send an SMS message. In the case of a rental request less than 3 days from the date of the proposed shooting, the studio is booked only after making an advance payment of 50%.

If for some reason you cannot be present at the studio and (or) make an advance payment on time, you need to call and warn about the cancellation of the reservation and (or) the impossibility of paying on time. If you cancel the rental less than 4 days in advance, and no one will take your time, then you will need to pay a fine of 50% of the cost of the booked time. In case of failure in less than 48 hours - 100%. Otherwise, your name and phone number will be included in the unified blacklist of tenants in Moscow.

The total number of people on the shooting every 2 hours is not more than 6. For each additional person surcharge of 200 rubles. If the organizer of the shooting arranges any event, which will be attended by more than 6 people, then he is obliged to warn the studio administrator about this in advance and tell about all the nuances of the event.

The presence of animals in the studio is negotiated with the administrator in advance.

Smoking and drinking of alcoholic beverages is prohibited in the hall.
