IN this method the debt is transferred to a share of the net profit of the project, interest rate stipulated in advance and fixed by the contract. Example: an investor invests a certain amount in a company, automatically receives the right to shares, in the amount of 10%, upon the occurrence of special cases (specified in the agreement of the parties).

Is there any difference from the above methods of investing? There are, moreover, legal ones related to the structure of the organization of the enterprise. The most common is LLC (company with limited liability). In the policy of such a company, the investor immediately and without any special obstacles is among the founders with a share. This gets rid of all possible registrations.

Conditions that you should not agree to.

Not everything is as smooth as it might seem at first glance. Consider the cases in which it is not worth giving consent to the investor:

In the event that the share exceeds 20%. With an initial percentage higher than stated, the investor is likely to pursue the goal of making a quick profit, not particularly caring about the future of the company. May lead to the closure of the project. Such inverters are not interested in the development process of the company, only money - nothing personal.

In this method, an investor can invest in a project, while leaving the management of the company to you, but upon reaching certain results of the company's activities (receiving a threshold profit agreed in advance), he can try to give investors shares in the company. The borrower is looking for ways to return the money, loses the threads of managing the company. As a result, he gives everything to investors.
Investments in the form of barter (in exchange for the means of providing goods or services). I will give an example, so it will be clearer: funds are needed to create or promote a project, the investor offers money that he is ready to invest. You should not agree to such a deal; in the end, you will not be able to satisfy requests for investor services, which will lead to a complete takeover of the company.

How to evaluate a business proposal?

There are a huge number of options for attracting investors to enterprises. It is required to analyze the selected projects, make comparisons and decide what best suits your requirements. Which project will be effective and safe (in terms of payback and profit)

There are certain criteria and rules for analyzing and promoting a business project. It's best to do them in sequence:

establish the main goal of the project;
draw up an algorithm for sequential actions;
make a calculation of financial, tangible assets. Analysis labor resources;
what costs may follow with the investment;
calculate the profit (amount) and for how long;
calculate business efficiency;
make a plan and put it into practice.

Having the means and desires, you can choose, in your opinion, effective and profitable projects. You can invest in anything: from real estate to securities.

It is better to adhere to some conditions when investing in a certain activity:

the main thing: calculate investments for binding with profit. Do not invest if they are less than, say, the profit from a deposit account in a bank;

the profit of the project must exceed the inflation rate in the country;
funds must exceed the amounts of profit established in other projects;
make sure that the project will bring profit within the specified time frame. The borrower must submit a detailed action plan. This can be called - the ratio of terms to finance;
for projects that are not long-term or risky, it is better to invest your capital (without attracting outside help or loans). Here the main reinforcement and net profit;
you can engage in self-financing (invest from personal funds in your enterprise);
competently evaluate and consider the possibilities of a future investment project. What niche in the market will it occupy, what services does it offer (popular or for narrow use).

It is required to remember that investing in a business is a lengthy procedure that requires a deep assessment of all factors: possible risks, economic situation in the country, inflation rate, comparative analysis similar projects - in order to obtain information about profits.

The world's first cell phones

In 1957, Leonid Ivanovich Kupryanovich (USSR) created experimental sample mobile phone. It was called LK-1 weighing 3 kg. A base station was also built for this phone.

Comparing two cell phones, I found that the choice of phone depends on the purpose for which the phone is bought.
