They started calling and it started, then they had technical work, call tomorrow, the next day they didn’t load data, they switched from specialist to specialist, so for 4 days, under various pretexts, they didn’t connect a discount, refused to file claims and hung up.

Employees of the company began to demand payment from me for the tariff for mobile communications (FOR A FREE DISCOUNT ON THE CARL TARIFF!) Not only do I have to pay, but also the discount will be provided only after May 15th. THE EMPLOYEES REFUSED TO CONNECT THE DISCOUNT FOR FREE.
