But when the flow of cheap electronics poured into Russia from abroad, they had to look for another area for the use of forces. His wife, Larisa Netylko, worked at the time for a Bulgarian medicine distributor. She had a clear understanding of how the pharmaceutical market works. That is why the choice fell on this area.

Large distributors were not interested in Russian factories - drug prices are low, transportation costs are too high. In the West, it was much easier to buy and bring to Russia. So there were no competitors in the niche that Pulse gradually mastered. She was not interesting to anyone except this company.

Since 2001, Pulse has been actively expanding its network of regional companies spreading throughout the country.

Back in 2007, the pharmaceutical market was dominated by SIA International, Protek and Rost. And the company decided to move from a well-established wholesale model and work with regional distributors to its own branch network.
