  • signs should still be placed at the level between the first and second floors, and not overlap the architectural elements of the building;
  • it is forbidden to place signs vertically, one above the other, as well as on visors and awnings;
  • changes also affected roof structures, now for buildings with a height of 1-3 floors, the height of the letters cannot be more than 1.8 m, for 8-12-story buildings no more than 4 m, for 13-17-story buildings no higher than 5 m, for buildings having 18 or more floors - no higher than 6m.
