  • funds for the purchase, which were sent through the cash desk at the delivery service branch or by any other method (for example, by bank transfer), can only be returned by the sender (online store). Boxberry does not participate in the financial dispute as an intermediary;
  • Claims for the quality and completeness of the goods can only be directed to the seller. The delivery service is not responsible for the compliance of the content declared by the trading platform.
