The paper mass goes through the conveyor into the drying drum, the temperature of which reaches 110 ̊С. The drum rotates evenly, and the raw material dries up. Then, using a scraper knife, the dried mass is cut into sheets and rolled into bobbins.
At the next stage, an unwinding machine is installed, which unwinds the bobbins and rolls the paper into finished rolls. Here, embossing is applied to the paper and the necessary structure is formed (2, 3 layers). The roll has the length of a reel, and its diameter is equal to the diameter of the finished roll of toilet paper.
