Italian burners Ecoflam BLU, powered by gas, are supplied complete with a gas train. You can buy the Ecoflam BLU burner from us with a short or long flame head, modulating or two-stage power control. Suitable for boilers, heat generators, furnaces, dryers and other technological units

Model range of burners
Blu burners can run on natural gas or LPG, necessary equipment to reconfigure the system is supplied at the request of the customer. Devices of this type have three designs:
- PAB - a two-stage system is designed to operate in one of two fixed modes with a given fuel consumption. Switching is carried out manually or automatically.
- PR is a two-stage unit with a smooth change in gas supply parameters. The device is controlled by a mechanical device.
- MD - modulated system. The burner is controlled by an electronic device, PID controller.
Specifications of gas burners
Blu gas burners are modular, universal designs adapted for use on industrial enterprises and civil facilities. Main specifications depend on the model of the product and vary within:
- rated thermal power - from 17 to 25,000 kW;
- gas consumption - from 15.5 to 175.7 kg/h;
- consumed electrical power - from 0.48 to 55 kW.
Blu gas burners are equipped with pressurization equipment that can operate on single and three-phase networks with a voltage of 220 and 380 V. Products belong to the second and third class for NOx, which ensures the lowest emissions in environment in accordance with the requirements of EN676.
Scope of delivery of Blu burners
Model Blu gas burners are supplied to the customer with the following configuration:
- Burner body with long TL or short firing head TC.
- The silencer is included in the equipment for models 3000.1 and above; for products of lower power at the request of the Customer.
- Separate gas train.
- Gas pressure stabilizer or filter and gas pressure stabilizer.
- Gas filter.
- Maximum gas pressure switch.
- Leak test device.
Characteristics of Ecoflam BLU gas burners
Aluminum housing up to Blu 4000.1 and steel from Blu 5000.1, integrated control panel.
Powerful fan designed for flame stability, easy to match with different types of boilers.
Adjustable fire head makes it easy to adjust the burner to work with various cameras combustion.
Low NOx version - Blu 500.1 to Blu 1400.1 (< 80 мг/кВтч).
The two-stage burners from Blu 500.1 to Blu 2000.1 have a new, quick and easy gas flow control system with a butterfly valve.
Burners with smooth switching from low to high combustion are equipped with a gas flow fine adjustment system, which includes an electric drive with a high gear ratio and a variable geometry adjustment pattern.
Models with power modulation are equipped with a PID controller with a digital display that shows the actual values of the parameters and allows you to change the setpoints.
Automatic system adjustment of the primary air flow depending on the required power, starting from the Blu 7000.1 model.
Ease of maintenance - access to the fire head without removing the burner from the boiler.
By separate order, models with variable flame geometry.

- Aluminum housing up to Blu 2000.1 and steel from Blu 3000.1 with built-in control panel as standard with IP40 protection. On request, burners without remote control or with IP54 remote control.
- Powerful fan designed for flame stability, easy to match with different types of boilers.
- The adjustable fire head makes it easy to adjust the burner to work with different combustion chambers.
- Ease of maintenance - access to the fire head without removing the burner from the boiler.
- Low NOx version, class 3 according to EN 676 The two-stage burners from Blu 500.1 to Blu 2000.1 have a new, quick and easy gas flow control system with a butterfly valve.
- In burners of PR and MD version - adjustable position of the fire head with a working regulation ratio of 1:5 (standard operating regulation ratio of 1:3).
- Models with power modulation are equipped with a PID controller with a digital display that shows the actual values of the parameters and allows you to change the setpoints.
