IN Schirn Kunsthalle exhibition opens in Frankfurt am Main "Wildness". Painting, graphics, photography, video, sculpture and installations - "wild" art is presented in all styles and directions, from 1900 to the present day, from Richard Long.

The name of the exhibition should be understood in the broadest sense. First of all, "Wildness" is devoted to the image and study of nature, but not only. Already the first modernists tried to throw off the shackles of classical culture, imitating the savages. And this strategy has passed through the entire twentieth century, starting with the Fauves. For contemporary artist savagery turned out to be a form of protest against technogenic culture and consumer society.

The emblem of the exhibition was the painting by Henri Rousseau "A hungry lion pounces on an antelope." The self-taught artist often depicted a fabulous jungle that he had never seen. Thickets with fictional plants and beautiful animals were the image of a lost paradise - this is how the world of primeval nature was presented in the age of the industrial revolution. The forest in which people-plants live also appears in the works.The true nature of man, hidden behind the mask of civilization, was the subject of interest of the surrealists, to which Ernst belonged.

Abstractionism, who invented art brut, was also associated with the search for the original consciousness. Dubuffet imitated the art of the mentally ill, who do not recognize themselves as artists, expressing themselves without excessive reflection.Instead of paints, he used mixtures of gypsum, sand, cement, coal dust, broken glass, asphalt, machine oil, distancing himself as far as possible from classical art that idealized the world.

Guy Deborah's colleague, member of the Situationist International Asger Jorn followed in the footsteps of Dubuffet, but, above all, his "wild painting" was also a political and social protest against the "society of the spectacle."

But for the classic of land art and minimalism, Richard Long, nature has become a material and at the same time an open-air museum. In the mountains of Scotland, Long laid out a circle of stones, reminiscent of ancient sacred monuments, and photographed this almost cosmic work of art.

You can order tickets to print, or digitally for your smartphone. During your visit, you can easily access the site from any entrance. You won't have to waste your time queuing at the ticket office in Frankfurt.

You can buy a ticket to the Heimtextil exhibition . A subscription for the entire exhibition costs 58 euros, for 1 day - 33 euros if bought in advance. At the box office, tickets will be more expensive (87 euros and 45 euros, respectively). It is also possible to purchase 2 "Traveler Packages" within Germany - 1 or 2 class. 1st class ticket includes: entrance ticket for each day of the event, 1st class train ticket for Deutsche Bahn, exhibition catalogue. The ticket price is 179 euros. 2nd class ticket includes: entrance ticket for each day of the event, 2nd class train ticket for Deutsche Bahn, exhibition catalogue. The ticket price is 119 euros. The Deutsche Bahn ticket is valid for one trip to and from Frankfurt from any Deutsche Bahn train station in Germany during the exhibition period. Tickets can also be bought at the box office of the Exhibition Center: a subscription costs 87 euros, a one-day ticket costs 45 euros. How to get to Heimtextil 2020

With excellent transport links and a central location in the center of Europe, Heimtextil Frankfurt can be easily and quickly reached by plane, train or car.

1. By plane.

From Frankfurt Airport, you can take a taxi to one of the three different entrances to the fair ground. You can also take the suburban trains S8 or S9 (in the direction of Hanau or Offenbach) to Frankfurt Central Station (Hauptbahnhof). Suburban trains S3, S4, S5 and S6 will take you directly to the exhibition area (station: "Frankfurt Messe"). The Messe Frankfurt shuttle bus runs from the bus station at Terminal 1 of Frankfurt Airport via Terminal 2 to the exhibition center every 15 minutes. The trip takes about 15 minutes.

2. By car.

As a transport hub, Frankfurt also enjoys good motorway connections. Follow the signs - they will show you the shortest way to the Exhibition Center. And Rebstock's multi-storey car park has a shuttle service that takes you directly to the show floor. Exhibitors have the right to park on the exhibition site, for which it is necessary book a parking permit.

note: Construction work in the vicinity of Güterplatz / Europa-Allee has resulted in road closures and bypasses in the center of Frankfurt. Visitors arriving through the South Gate (Tor Süd) or East Gate (Tor Ost) are advised to look for up-to-date information about the traffic situation.

Frankfurt Central Station is only a few hundred meters from the Messe Frankfurt. The metro station provides fast direct access to S-Bahn suburban trains and U-Bahn underground trains. From Frankfurt Central Station you can get to the exhibition center:

• by taxi to City Entrance ("Eingang City") or Portalhaus Entrance ("Eingang Portalhaus");
• underground line 4 (towards Bockenheimer Warte) - one stop to Festhalle/Messe and from there to City Entrance;
• S3 (towards Bad Soden), S4 (towards Kronberg), S5 (towards Bad Homburg or Friedrichsdorf) or S6 (towards Friedberg or Gross-Karben) to the second stop, stop "Messe ”), then go to the Torhaus entrance;
• trams 16 and 17: you can reach the tram stop by exiting the main exit of Frankfurt Central Station and crossing the railway station; the destination "Festhalle/Messe" ("Eingang City") is the third stop;
• ten minutes walk along Düsseldorfer Strasse via Platz der Republik (Republic Square) and Friedrich-Ebert-Anlage House. The pyramidal top of the Messeturm will point you in the right direction.

4. Public transport.

If you are already in Frankfurt, the Exhibition Center is easily accessible by public transport. You can take the suburban rail trains S3 (Bad Soden), S4 (Kronberg), S5 (Bad Homburg or Friedrichsdorf) and S6 (Friedberg or Gross Karben) to the "Messe" station or the U4 underground to the stop "Festhalle / Messe". Entrance tickets to the exhibition with the network symbol RMV (Rhein-Main-Verkehrsverbund - Rhine Transport Network) are also valid for travel by public transport (excluding vouchers and invitation cards). These include free rides to and from the Exhibition Center via the RMV public transport network. One-day tickets purchased at the ticket office are only valid for public transport on the way back from the fair. This time, the Frankfurt Motor Show 2017 did not see new items from Peugeot and DS, Nissan and Infiniti, Volvo and Mitsubishi, Aston Martin and Rolls-Royce, Cadillac and Chevrolet, as well as all brands of the Fiat / Chrysler concern. And we didn’t find the Tesla electric cars that made the noise either. And who is left? Yes, here they are, from A to VW:

Audi

New Audi A8, Audi RS 4 Avant and two more Audi premieres at the 67th Frankfurt International Motor Show (IAA)

Audi offers its customers two eco-friendly alternatives in the middle class: the new A4 Avant g-tron and the new A5 Sportback g-tron. Both models are powered by a bivalent 2.0-TFSI engine with 170 hp. It runs either on the climate-friendly Audi e-gas branded fuel, methane (CNG = compressed natural gas) or petrol.

The Audi A4 Avant g-tron and A5 Sportback g-tron advertise practicality with a range of 950 km, of which up to 500 km on gas.

2.0-TFSI engine develops 170 hp. and a torque of 270 Nm. The A4 Avant g-tron with the S tronic gearbox consumes 3.8 kg of gas per hundred on the combined cycle, while CO2 emissions are 102 g / km. On gasoline, respectively, 5.5 l / 100 km and 126 g / km.

In the case of a manual 6-speed gearbox, the A5 Sportback g-tron accelerates to hundreds in just 8.5 seconds, the maximum speed is 226 km/h (A4 Avant g-tron: 223 km/h).

When the pressure in the cylinder drops to 10 bar (corresponding to a residual gas of 0.6 kg), the engine automatically switches to petrol. The most environmentally friendly way, however, is to drive with Audi e-gas. It is synthesized from water and CO2, or from organic waste such as straw or leaves. The Audi e-gas then absorbs exactly as much CO2 from the atmosphere as it then releases while driving.

Bentley Continental GT is a mass model for this brand. Next year, the next generation will appear, presented today in Frankfurt. The GT has shed 200 kilos, while its W12 has been boosted to 635 hp. So now acceleration to the first hundred will take less than 4 seconds, and in total you can sink up to 330 km / h. Among other innovations, we will mention new set assistants, huge displays and a 48-volt on-board network.

BMW has unveiled an updated GT (Gran Turismo) that combines the ride comfort of a high-end sedan with the aesthetics of a coupe. The widespread use of aluminum and high-strength steels has reduced the weight by 150 kg compared to its predecessor.
Together with improved aerodynamics, increased power and efficiency of the new engines, this adds to the sportiness and at the same time improves economy. Depending on the engine, acceleration to hundreds was reduced by 0.7 s. Fuel consumption decreased by 15%. Serial equipment included a rear air suspension with automatic clearance control.

The length of the machine has increased by 87 mm to 5091 mm, the height has decreased by 21 mm to 1538 mm. The width remained unchanged (1902 mm).

The drag coefficient has dropped from 0.29 to 0.25 thanks to active air intake valves and other measures: Air Curtains, Air Breather and an automatic spoiler.

The engines of the new BMW 6er Gran Turismo are equipped with TwinPower Turbo technology and are combined with an 8-speed Steptronic gearbox. The 2-liter engine of the BMW 630i Gran Turismo develops 258 hp. and 400 Nm. This ensures acceleration to hundreds in 6.3 seconds with an average fuel consumption of only 6.6 l / 100 km.

The 3-liter in-line diesel produces 265 hp. and 620 Nm. With it, the BMW 630d xDrive GT accelerates in 6.0 seconds at just 5.3 l/100 km.

The updated X3 has not changed much in appearance, except that the nostrils are slightly swollen. Yes, foglights are no longer round, but hexagonal. But a lot of new under the hood. For the first time in this family, the "M" version appeared. So, the X3 M40i extracts as much as 360 hp from its inline three-liter six. and accelerates to hundreds in 4.8 s. And in 2020, the X3 will be the first non-i model with pure electric drive.

But the i3 electric car has already been redesigned. Now the batteries are lithium-ion batteries with an energy capacity of 33 kWh. Which theoretically should provide a range of 300 km in the regular version or 280 km in the sports i3s. The latter has 14 hp. more, and the clearance, on the contrary, is reduced.

BMW Alpina The D5 S is the world's most powerful mass-produced diesel car today! Its in-line 3-liter six produces between 4000 and 5000 rpm. (and this in itself is unusual for a diesel!) 388 hp. And the torque at 1750 - 2650 rpm. reaches 800 Newtonometers.
D5 S accelerates to hundreds in 4.4 seconds, and to 200 km / h in 17 seconds. The maximum speed is 286 km / h. At the same time, in a standard combined cycle, i.e., with a quiet ride, he has enough 6.6 liters per 100 kilometers. The all-wheel drive diesel car has a sports chassis, a differential lock, a "driver feel switch" (that's right!) and an 8-speed ZF sports automatic. The D5 S is available in sedan and wagon body styles. From November, the diesel supercar will be available in Europe for 87,900 euros.

Brabus

Brabus showed the Rocket 900 super-convertible based on the Mercedes-Benz S 65. Surprisingly, it received road approval. Judge for yourself: 900 hp, 1500 Newtonometers, 3.9 s to hundreds and a maximum speed indicated as “over 350 km/h”. These parameters make the car the world's fastest 4-seater convertible with a permit.
This was achieved by increasing the working volume of V12 from 6 to 6.3 liters. Frantic power is transmitted to the rear wheels (!) Through a specially modified seven-speed DSG box. At the same time, it had to reach 4200 rpm. limit torque to 1200 Nm.
Brabus Rocket 900 6.3 V12 can be bought both as a complete set and as a conversion order on an existing Mercedes-Benz S 65 Cabriolet. Appetite? Healthy: 13.9 l/100 km. in a standard mixed cycle. At maximum speed, it is probably limitless.

Chery

Chery launches in European markets with a new compact SUV.

Chery will check the chances of selling new cars on key markets for private and corporate clients. In addition, it is planned to open new research and design centers in Europe.

Citroen I took a puff in Frankfurt for myself and for those guys - Peugeot and DS.
The C3 Aircross SUV is the successor to the C3 Picasso. It has a spacious and variable interior. Power range of three- and four-cylinder engines from 93 to 136 hp. Start of sales in Europe - November, price from 15,200 euros.

Dacia

Dacia has brought perhaps the most interesting world premiere of the Duster for us. The new SUV received modern design, which further emphasizes the robustness of the model. So, the headlights are shifted outward, which makes the car visually wider. Decorate the car and divided into 3 segments daytime running lights.

The grille was replaced, the silver protection from below was increased. It is made from more durable material scratch resistant.

The windshield has moved 10 cm forward and tilted more than before. This increased the internal volume. Interior trim materials are more expensive, there is also Internet access.

Despite all the innovations, the Duster 2 will remain an affordable and functional all-terrain vehicle for every day.

Ferrari

Ferrari has brought a new GT-model Portofino. Its V8 turbo engine develops 600 hp, which is enough to reach 320 km / h and accelerate to hundreds in 3.5 seconds. The Ferrari Portofino is the most powerful convertible with a relatively spacious cabin for two riders in front and two more in the back for short trips.

The new chassis is much lighter than the California T's predecessor. The Design Center boasts a Two-Box body style, new for a hardtop coupe-convertible.

Particular emphasis has been placed on comfort with a 10.2-inch touchscreen entertainment system, 18-way electrically adjustable front seats and climate control that works even with the roof down! The wind deflector reduces cabin airflow and noise by 30%.

Ford

Ford brought several new products, but all of them are only of the European level, the Americans are already familiar with it.
Ford Mustang has become sleeker, faster and more modern, even though it's a classic. It has a more powerful V8, a modified chassis and a lot of electronic assistants. The 5.0L engine has been boosted to an impressive 450 Mustangs. In addition to this engine, there is also a more familiar one for Europeans. A 2.3-liter gasoline turbo four with direct injection, which also develops quite decent 290 hp. A 10-speed automatic with instantaneous gear changes has also become a novelty.
The list of options includes shock absorbers with the MagneRide system, which also instantly responds to the quality of the road surface. In addition to the already known driving modes "Normal", "Sport", "Track" and "Rain / Snow", an unusual freely configurable driver "My Mode" and "Drag" appeared, with which a cannon shot from a traffic light is guaranteed in less than 4 seconds before hundreds.
Assistants are quite familiar to modern Europeans, a 12-inch display reigns on the instrument panel. The Ford SYNC 3 voice control system is compatible with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. It uses an additional 8-inch touch screen.

Ford EcoSport for the first time received a version with all-wheel drive and a new 1.5-liter 125-horsepower EcoBlue turbodiesel. And front-wheel-drive variants are powered by an award-winning 1-litre three-cylinder EcoBoost engine tuned for 100, 125 or 140 hp. In addition to all this, a sports version of the model with the ST index appeared.

Ford Tourneo Custom was equipped with a particularly flexible interior for 9 people. This is the only model in the segment that has 6 individual seats in the second and third rows that can be deployed for meetings. Climate control is also improved here, there are 6 USB ports and a ten-speaker audio system.
The power unit is based on a 170-horsepower EcoBlue turbodiesel and a high-speed 6-speed SelectShift automatic. The air suspension of the rear axle provides excellent rider comfort.

Honda

Honda introduced the 2018 Jazz for the first time in Europe. In addition to new design elements, it can be ordered with a 1.5-liter i-VTEC gasoline engine with 130 hp.

Externally, the novelty is distinguished by a modified front end, headlights and a radiator grille.
The optional CVT has been redesigned to run smoother under acceleration.

The updated Jazz has a trunk volume of 354 liters. But with the seats folded down, even lengths of 2480 mm can be loaded at a height of up to 1280 mm.

Serial equipment includes tempomat, city automatic brake CTBA. In addition, you can order multimedia system Honda Connect, reversing camera, keyless entry and start, Forward Collision Warning, Traffic Sign Regocnition and Lane Departure Warning.

Motor 1.3-i-VTEC with a power of 102 hp will also remain available.

Hyundai

Hyundai introduced three new products: the Lifestyle-SUV Kona, the i30 N High-Performance compact sports car and the i30 Fastback five-door sports coupe.

Seat has brought the world premiere of the small SUV Arona, sales of which will begin on November 11th. But horse lovers under the hood will rejoice at the new Cupra R, which will be released in only 799 copies. Its engine produces 310 hp. in the version with a manual transmission and 300 hp. with automatic DSG.
In addition, at the company's stand you can see the Ibiza, which started only in June, the facelifted Leon and sports versions of other models of the brand.

There are 5 engines to choose from, ranging from 115 to 190 hp, two of which are petrol and three diesel. The working volumes of engines are 1.0, 1.5, 1.6 and 2.0 liters. With the exception of the most powerful diesel, the rest of the engines can be paired with either a mechanical 6-mortar or a 7-speed DSG automatic. At the same time, the 2.0 TDI version with 190 hp. has all-wheel drive and only the above automatic.
The new chassis allows the driver to select one of the Normal, Sport, Eco, Individual or Snow modes (for the 4×4 version).

Skoda Kodiaq Sportline and Kodiaq Scout are new versions of the crossover from the Czech Republic. Sportline appeals to customers who appreciate sporty elegance, while Scout emphasizes the off-road character of the model.
The 4.70 m long Sportline stands on 19- or even 20-inch wheels with anthracite-black rims, its grille and mirror housings and roof rails are equally black. Toned rear side windows and even lights. Under the hood, a choice of 2 petrol and 2 diesel engines ranging from 150 to 190 hp. The interior is equipped with sport seats with silver stitching and leather upholstery. The pedals are made of stainless steel, behind the steering wheel are the DSG gearbox control petals. Well, for show-off, the instruments show oil temperature, acceleration and boost pressure. There is also a stopwatch to collect statistics on your progress as a rider.

Kodiaq Scout is only a centimeter longer than the basic version, but it can have up to 7 seats and is equipped with all-wheel drive. There is engine protection, and the motors themselves are the same as those of the Sportline. Here, too, there are additional devices, but they show the steering angle, height above sea level, oil temperature and direction of movement (compass).

Smart

Smart Vision EQ Fortwo is an electric concept, and from now on, all battery-powered cars will be denoted by these two letters EQ. Well, the specific feature of this kid was not the electric drive itself with a power reserve of up to 250 km, but an autopilot for car sharing, which is becoming more and more fashionable. As soon as you need a car, you just have to call it from your smartphone and here it is already in front of you WITHOUT A DRIVER!

Subaru brought the second generation XV to Frankfurt. For the first time in Europe, it is based on the firm's global platform. The 4.47 m crossover will go on sale in November at a price of 22,980 euros.
For the first time, the novelty received an X-Mode all-wheel drive system. The famous boxer engine has been redesigned and now extracts 114 hp from its 1.6-liter displacement. The two-liter engine has a power of 156 hp. The standard Eyesight assistant includes an emergency brake, a lane keeping system and a start-off system. We bet you've never heard of such a firm. Chinese? Yes, how can I say: on the one hand, this brand belongs to the Great-Wall, which is widely known in our country, and on the other ... Jens Steingräber, who once worked for Audi, is at the head of the enterprise, Gerhard Henning from Daimler is responsible for the drive, and Yvan is responsible for alternative power units Le Neindre from PSA!

The company is only a year old, but it brought to Frankfurt a whole range of SUVs with traditional internal combustion engines, hybrid powertrains and electric motors!
