I think many networkers are familiar with a not entirely pleasant feeling when one of the leaders of the structure suddenly, for no reason at all, goes into a one-day company or financial pyramid, or goes to competitors. It’s good if a person has enough common sense not to pull his structure, but in most cases everything happens differently: they take the organization away, introducing doubts and chaos into the network for a long time.

Some consultants come back, licking the emotional wounds received in the “network battles”, someone leaves forever and does not return. It's good if a person finds a "roof over his head" in a new network company. This does not happen often, unless the promises with which he was lured came true at least a quarter. But still, the majority, in my opinion, leaves MLM forever, holding in their hearts bitterness and resentment for all network marketing, although in depth they understand that they themselves made the decision, seduced by a freebie. Quite often, critical notes appear on the Internet with shouts: “I was deceived in network marketing”, “they promised one and a half thousand dollars in a year - where are they?”, “I invested three thousand dollars and lost everything!”.

All these situations occur because of “sweet promises” that nothing needs to be done in network marketing, everything is easy and simple, you can earn a lot, lying under a palm tree, etc. Most often, such promises come from inexperienced networkers when they lack arguments and persuasiveness, but they really want to attract a new consultant. This situation is very dangerous, because it makes you very dependent on newcomers, disrupting the whole relationship between the sponsor and the new candidate.

We cannot just promise a 100% result to a beginner. Even if he does exactly the same amount of work as we do and with the same quality, he is unlikely to have the same result as ours. The result will be, but most likely different from ours. Time goes by, the market changes, the information space becomes denser. No wonder Confucius said that life experience, like a lantern hanging on the back, illuminates the path we have traveled.

We can only promise what is in the field of our activity and responsibility: training, support and assistance in holding meetings with potential clients and consultants.

But we cannot guarantee 100% success for a beginner, because it depends on the actions of the person himself.

And here it is reasonable to ask yourself the question: “Is there a button in network marketing, by clicking on which you can most likely get the desired result?” Every professional networker, in the course of his activity, willingly or unwillingly, tries to organize such a button. Moreover, it is important that the algorithm for using this button is quite simple.

If button management is overly complex, such as “make 3 presentations every day, work 5 hours a day, meet four potential consultants every day”, we can scare our candidate by showing him success as something too difficult to achieve. If the button is too simple: “you don’t need to do anything special, people will subscribe themselves, in a month you will have two thousand dollars”, we will mislead a person, which is very dangerous for relationships.

After more than fifteen years of network business, reading books and talking to successful leaders, I came up with a formula for such a button. The button that ensures success in network marketing consists of three necessary and sufficient conditions:
