How to apply for leave

You will need:

8 main types

1) Annual.

It is provided according to the established schedule and is paid without fail. You can apply for it after 6 months from the start of employment.

2) Optional.

Accrued as bonuses or compensation for processing, unsafe working conditions. It is also paid by the employer.

Provides for the employee's right to additional days off due to various family circumstances (wedding, funeral, caring for a sick child, etc.). Not paid. The number of days is agreed with the management.

4) Maternity.

It is provided to women in the position before and after childbirth. Together with the application, a request for social payments is drawn up and personal documents, a certificate from the clinic and an account number for accruals are attached.

5) Child care.

Gives the right to an additional number of days in connection with childbirth and caring for a baby up to 3-6 years. At the same time, a request for accruals is made. The document indicates the name of the child and the duration of the desired vacation. Any member of the family (father, grandmother) can take it.

6) Training.

It is provided to employees who receive higher or other education, or take advanced training courses.

7) Academic.

Provides for the right of students to receive "holidays" for health reasons, pregnancy or other specified reasons.

8) With subsequent dismissal.

Gives the right to use the remaining vacation days before dismissal. In this case, two applications are simultaneously written: for vacation and dismissal. Instead, the employee may be paid financial compensation. According to the current labor code, a person retains a job and a salary for the duration of the vacation.

What are the deadlines

1) Duration annual paid is 28 days.

If desired, the employee can divide it into several parts, but the first half should be equal to 14 days.

The number of additional days to the main vacation is established by the enterprise, taking into account legislative norms.

2) maternity leave issued for a period of 70 days before delivery and 70 days after.

With complications - 70 and 86 days, with multiple pregnancies - 84 and 110, respectively.

3) Duration academic is one year or less.

4) During everyone else cases the number of days is agreed with the management of the organization.

If you want to take a vacation in a period that does not correspond to the established schedule, you should draw up an application for the postponement of dates. In this case, you need to indicate the reason for the transfer and the desired dates.

Document execution

Usually, the application is made out a week or two before the start of the vacation.

If the company has a special form, then you just need to insert your data. But if there is no such form, the document is drawn up on a regular A4 sheet (you can write by hand or print on a computer).

1. Hat.

They are located in the upper right corner, indicating the following elements:

  • Position of chief executive;
  • Business name;
  • Full name of the head;
  • Position, name of the employee.

2. Name.

They are located in the center at a small distance from the cap. In capital letters write the word: "STATEMENT".

4. Date and signature.
