Of course, you need to understand that this is all just reasoning and ideas, so there is not much news on the update. It is better not to think ahead, as you may be disappointed.

And so, from the side of its functionality, the new add-on will be very similar to the old systems, according to the type of updates “Big people and other bandits”, “New adventures of bandits and scammers”, “Bikers” and “Import / Export”. One can only imagine what functionality this Bunker will have. Perhaps it will be integrated various systems for defense or vehicles, as was already done with the Yacht, which will help make it a real military fortification.

In terms of content, the article from Rockstar Games talked about the availability of new vehicles, but what exactly should we expect? GTA Online already has a huge variety of military equipment and it is not entirely clear what else can be attached there. Although the promotional image of Warstock with Lifeinvader you can find images of such military vehicles that have not yet been introduced into the game. For example, in top row the third is a 4x4 all-wheel drive jeep, which, according to appearance slightly longer than Canis Mesa from Fort Zancudo. In the lower right corner, you can find an attack helicopter inspired by the AH-64 Apache helicopter. Although it is worth noting that such a helicopter was already in the past parts of GTA and it was then called "Hunter".

As for the weapons, it became known from the images of the beta versions of the update and various information leaks that we will indeed be provided with new guns. For example, new carbines, an automatic sniper rifle, something similar to the P90 and maybe even more.

Now let's move on to the gameplay and social component of the add-on. What can we expect here? Again, you can only use your imagination here. You can imagine that you will have a more structured organization compared to the biker or Chef factions. For example, maybe you can make an armed group out of your gang, which will have its own uniforms, emblems and colors?

The functionality of the Pegasus system will be revised to provide greater convenience. For example, you can have a garage or delivery place right in the Bunker. You will also be able to pay for vehicles and their costs for other members of your group.

Vehicles in the new add-on can be upgraded and painted in military colors, so you can fully immerse yourself in the atmosphere of combat. Moreover, you will also be able to customize your weapons, i.e. change accessories, sights and colors on it.

Now let's move on to the question of the army's role in the ARMS TRADE expansion, as well as its main base at Fort Zancudo. Perhaps in this update we will be able to somehow interfere with missions or public sessions of other factions.

Update for GTA Online "Arms Trade" will be released during the period from spring to early summer 2017.

The main theme of the update: the ability to create and manage a private military company (PMC). Your PMC will cooperate with mercenaries from Merryweather.

Each private military company will need a base that you can upgrade.

PMCs will be able to earn money by completing tasks from Merryweather. For example, the tasks of illegal transportation of military trophies, the sale of people or the protection of VIPs in the GTA universe, such as Jock Cranly or Vinewood Stars.

By purchasing a special upgrade for the military base, you will have access to exclusive Merryweather weapons: a new rifle (SCAR-H equivalent), a prototype grenade launcher (grenades will explode on approach to the target), tactical SMG (modern weapon with a monstrous rate of fire). It is important to note that these weapons are not sold in Ammu-Nation stores.

Almost all weapons will receive new modification options: new skins, laser sights, new sights for shooting at close or long distances, the ability to quickly change magazines.

At the military base, you can modify your transport, as well as advance to missions with the help of a new attack helicopter, light tank, camouflage jeep, aircraft or fighter.

The PMC military base will also offer the opportunity to buy new military helmets, vests and some clothing. The assortment will not be as wide as in clothing stores.

With the release of Arms Dealing, Rockstar Games will complete the construction of GTA Online's business structure. The money triad will include: bosses of criminal organizations (sale of boxes / car theft), presidents of motorcycle clubs (sale of illegal goods), heads of private military companies (arms trade).

The history of the GTA 5 laser sight is rooted in the weapon modification progenitor Max Payne 3 (developed and published by Rockstar Games).

Rockstar first showed a working laser sight on August 24, 2012, while the game was in active development. In the first screenshot, a special forces soldier on a helicopter shines with a laser mounted on an automatic carbine.

Some players are still unaware that GTA 5 has deleted weapon fragments. The game has a file responsible for weapon icons. R* has occasionally updated this file with better quality icons. They only upgraded the weapons, gadgets, and ammo used in the game. The old and blurry icons remained only for the removed weapon. However, with the release of patch 1.33, absolutely all weapon icons received an update.

Why was it necessary to spend energy updating unused icons? In my opinion the answer suggests itself: R* are planning to return the removed weapon.

But what is this weapon? Let's look at the entire list and compare with the one above.

Heavy Rifle- Cost ~3 275$. Real prototype FN SCAR-H. Competes in damage with the Special Carabine.

Perhaps this is the end of the story about the “Arms Trade”, a future update to GTA Online. A few more weeks will pass and Rockstar Games will definitely tell us the official details of the update or once again use the old proven and incredibly effective method - create a planned leak.
