Just in the summer I taught at the children's camp of my girlfriend. Taught children how to plan / set goals / do homework effectively - a kind of cool for shkolota. A friend, seeing that everything is working out very well, invited me to do business together.

In short: I quit, attracted 500,000 investments, began to go into operating losses, I began to demand to change the premises from the shopping center to a cheaper one (120k per month), but she and the investor refused. I left the project: no money, no project, no job.

A friend called me to sell marketing services. He had extremely high price tags, but oddly enough, there were employees and they had work. When I started selling them, it was deaf. I had a net interest, and therefore I did not receive money.

I assessed the market, the need of the market, the mistakes of the employer, and began to plan my new business. Then a franchise on safety in kindergartens turned up from a fellow student at the Like Dolina business course (we google "Ayaz Shabutdinov" who did not understand).

Here began an interesting life:

I sleep little, I eat little, I move fast. So 2 months. Things get confusing after that, but I hope I will show you the story in a clear way.

Training and new life

A friend, the head of a marketing agency, insists that I and the rest of the team visit Moscow and transformative leadership training. The cost of 2 steps is 50k + flight, meals, accommodation. My friend's brother was ready to pay me 2 steps, and in return I provided SMM services (at that time I had about 1 year experience in this field).

I agreed, because I believed that the training was cool. I lived in Moscow for almost 1 month, returning to Orenburg in breaks. Someone knows the LifeSpring trainings - many consider them sectarian, someone - destructive for the individual, but for myself I learned a lot. By the end of December 2016, I am full of strength and determination to build my business. In January, I had to work out the cost of training on SMM. Then a “gift for the New Year” arrives to me - on December 31, calls come from 3 kindergartens. They agree to install a security system. That's over 100k in profit. I have happiness.

Readers will think: “Where the hell is this about SMM?”. It has already begun. In January, I provide 3 kindergartens with the system, and I lead 6 projects. A friend comes, they say, I want to do it too - let's do it together. I have no money to pay him, and in February we agree to find common commercial clients. On February 7, we meet with another "enthusiast" and outline a plan of action.

We started selling services to the inner circle of entrepreneurs: we started with 10,000 rubles per month. Soon we will have clients and for 40,000 rubles - the very next month. The turnover of the second month is more than 200,000 rubles, of which 20% is the budget, and the rest is conditional profit for three.

It is worth noting that the three of us had little experience in marketing and SMM. I have 3 years of sales behind me, of which I studied marketing for 1 year, had experience in a marketing agency. My comrades have small projects. Together we began to study targeted advertising, parsing, marketing, and more. For 1 month, we began to understand this matter so deeply that we boldly called ourselves specialists.

WHAT IS YOUR MOTHER? Yes, in 1 month we studied “what it is and what they eat with” and began to sell it. I note that we focused on the experience of older SMM comrades. We had excellent advertising performance: low cost per click, good cost of subscribers, good content. They began to recommend us by word of mouth: for example, we had a project for an Aquapark to open in our city. In 2 months we attracted more than 30,000 subscribers and it was very cool.

They began to talk about us, we had ready-made cases: solutions for a specific niche with an example of work. It was a success.

In July, my partner and I quarreled a lot, which is why we split up: he began to work separately, and the team and projects (most) remained with me. Now, at the end of 2017, things are going well. We began to doubt our competence a little more, to get bogged down in the quagmire of routine work, but this is a great reason to start 2018 with training and a cool start.

Today there are 3 targetologists-marketers in the team. New team members are getting ready. There is a training course, a bunch of cases and plans for 2018)
